Booked a skip to be delivered Saturday (Nottinghamshire), booked a digger at the cost of £150 and got two men round to help fill it. Skip never arrived! Wasted the digger and the men's time and still hand to pay them. Called before 12 o'clock, didn't answer the phone, called after 12 to find the office was shut.I then called them Monday morning to which they could not explain why the skip had not arrived and they didn't know. Stated a manager would call me be when they got into the office. It's now 12.30 and nothing...I wouldn't mind but they even had the cheek to book the pick up 7 days later stating if I kept it longer they would charge me! They hadn't even delivered it.

Just a utter shambles as a Developer they have now started to Charge for skips that where not on site and have said they did not issue paperwork as no one on site to sign. Completely untrue and false. We have a closed site large development meaning you can’t access our site unless you are seen in through the main gate. They don’t answer the phone or return calls or manage an account. Such a shame as they could be good but clearly to big to control.

3 weeks wait and still waiting for the commercial bin to be picked up!!!! It supposed to be picked up every week!!! I called several times to address the problem but still waiting for solution.The worse experience. My biggest mistake to use them.Management and some of the phone staff are the as bad as theirs employer RUBBISH.

My work place should have 3 collections a week but are lucky if we have 1 collection a week they blame it on the van broke down, the mangers have left, traffic, not down for collection, it is a shambles if we weren't in a contract we would have gone to another company. Stay away from this company they take your money but don't do the service they are paid for!!!

Got a member of my family to collect me some materials from enva site colwick and the yard supervisor became threatening and abusive to the person who was collecting. The person collecting simply refused the materials due to yard supervisors behaviour and when the person collecting went to leave the yard supevisor drove is wagon at this person and got out saying come on then let go me and you right now. Disgusting behaviour caught on camra sent to HR

Turned up after phoning, to use the weighbridge with print out but told the lad on the desk wasn't qualified to do a print out ! Wasted journey, very annoying

Absolute shambles since they changed from wastecycle.In the past 3 years have had dozens of missed collections because the drivers are unable to read that our contract states we don't open until 8.30. when a missed collection is called through they promise a collection in a couple of days, which they either come to early for or miss again. in the past we have been outright lied to by office staff aswell. Truly awful, disorganised and dishonest. UPDATE 4/8/22.. two more missed collections later, they refuse to close our account on the phone. Emailed a week ago to close it and have not even had a response. Absolutely diabolical company.

Avoid this so called business at all costs. We have a waste bin from them which is supposed to be emptied once every 2 weeks its currently sitting at 8 weeks unemptied. To make their service even worse their drivers lie and say that they have emptied when they haven't, couldn't get access when they could and that the bin was empty when its actually been full for over 2 months. All these we have been charged for as well, stay as far away from this shambles of a business as much as u can.

IF I could rate zero then I would.We used Enva even when it was waste cycle and have been with the company for over 8 years.It was all fine in the start and for a few years and then it slowly got worse and worse and worse.They only show up on time about once per month. Our collection date is Tuesday and we are supposed to be on a priority list meaning if we are missed it gets collected the next day but often it's Friday and that's only after emails and calls to chase them. They constantly blame broken down vans even though we see the same van in the city centre. We get promised calls back from managers by rude reluctant staff but they never come.They are over priced, sloppy and unprofessional.I even have emails from management admitting fault and letting us out of our contact but they have been completely 100% unable to improve their service by even fraction. For the last year it has been awful and I spend hours changing them. I would like to note that they have no issue what so ever when it comes to invoicing, billing and most importantly taking payments for collections that never happened. Never once has a invoice or payment been late.... funny that.We call on the day to be told we are still getting a collection and they don't bother coming.Once we said we were leaving it got even worse and now no one bothers collecting.Give up now Enva.... you clearly are in way over your head and its getting worse and worse by the day.Take my advice, avoid as its over priced and you spend hours chasing at cost to your own business.Better and more affordable companies out there..ones who do the only thing you pay them to do.

Ordered a skip to do some garden renovation over the bank holiday weekend, it was due to arrive on the Friday. I called them when it hadn't shown up by past 4pm and they told me it wasn't coming until Tuesday and blamed their supplier. Called the listed supplier and they hadn't ever got the order. Cancelled and got a refund as it was far too late to source another skip for the weekend. When asked why the supplier hadn't ever seen the order they told us I'd been sent details of them but they actually ordered it elsewhere... Not sure I believe that, but even if it's all true they did an awful job at communicating with me, sending me incorrect details and not bothering to tell me it was going to be 4 days late!
