Arrived on time to provide a quote. Knowledgeable technician knew what I wanted done which amounted to a fair amount of work. Quote was acceptable and kept to only essential requirements rather than boost the cost. Due to availability, the work was carried out at the same time to a high level and outcome. Would recommend.

The company installed my loft aerial 6 months ago and both my TV'S were fine. A week ago I purchased a new TV and auto tuned it and the digital channels were unwatchable due to a weak signal. I called them last week and they booked an engineer for today. He arrived on time and figured out the issue straight away. The TV stored channels from the East Anglia region instead of London region. He did a manual storing of channels for the stronger signal of London and digital channels are now perfect. Amazing service and Cohen TV comes highly recommended.

What can I say? Doug (engineer) called round today to remove our old aerial and dish and was extremly professional and knowledgeable throughout. Telephoned a lovely Lady in the Office requesting a quote for a new TV Aerial at one of our rental properties. She was very helpful and booked an initial consultation appointment. Joe arrived at the said time and I explained that I wanted the old broken TV Aerial that had snapped in half and was lying on the roof to be removed and a new TV Aerial fitted. He was able to take a good look give me a price and went through his Diary to book a convenient appointment. The price was very competitive. Joe arrived Saturday morning on time and done a wonderful job of the new shiny aerial, run the cables so neatly down the wall with cable clips. A very professional Company that I will be using again and have no hesitation in recommending.
