Awful company and experience!We booked a London apartment through Houst, which was in a terrible state and had homeless people sleeping at its door - after leaving the property in a rush because it was unsafe to stay there I have waited over a week already for any word a refund and the compay is stonewalling.Terrible experience, I would stay well clear of any property managed by Houst.

My family of four loved our stay. We just wish we could have stayed longer. When we arrived, the apartment was clean and you could tell a lot of care and attention has gone into it. There were lots of little extras, like a fan, a printer in case we needed to print tickets and a charging station for our devices. Michael’s team communicated with me throughout the process, from the time I made my reservation to when we checked out. We had an issue with the washing machine, and they kept in touch with me constantly as they tried to find a solution. The apartment itself is in a great location. There was some street noise, mostly from buses driving over the cobblestones, but the building was quiet and we felt very safe. We were minutes away from a bus stop, and the neighborhood was full of great restaurants, shops and things to see. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful location and beautiful apartment in London! It was quiet, and within walking distance to many restaurants and sites (only a 15 minute walk for my daughter and me), and there is a tube location in that same bustling restaurant area. We really enjoyed it and will be back. William was a lovely host, too! He was very responsive, prompt and thorough. Recommend it highly!

Horrendous experience with no accountability from the management company.Arrived to a severely water-damaged bathroom, which caused a strong smell of mold and must throughout. My family spent the nights we stayed coughing, or getting bitten by mosquitos, since there were no screens on the windows when we tried to air out the smell (on the management’s recommendation).Despite our pleas for air purifiers or fans - or even someone to visit the property to assess the situation - no one did anything for us, ultimately requiring my young family to have to move with all our luggage.Beyond smelling terribly, insufficient towels were provided, floors and walls were dirty, and tall furniture was unsecured, despite the unit positioning itself as a kid-friendly stay.When we asked for compensation, 30% of *some* of the stayed nights (no one could tell me why this wouldn’t be applied to all) was offered, which felt outrageous in the setting of a unit which negatively impacted our health, and did nothing to compensate us for the expense of needing to move.Overall, Houst was a misery to work with, and the agent from the host’s “support team” regularly took hours to respond to our messages. We felt the anonymous agent we spoke was unauthorized to help us in any meaningful way, and may as well have been a bot. Our trip to London was ruined, but at least we learned to never stay at a Houst property again.

Very satisfied with the service. Communication was great - they responded to my messages within minutes each time and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend Houst for your next stay!

Recent Lisbon Airbnb stay was hosted through Houst - the stay was very well managed from pre-check in through to departure, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

The unit is in a secure complex and touching distance to the popular attractions which Cape Town has to offer.The interior is decorated well with modern fittings and artworks as well as a library shelf with interesting books to browse through.The bed with comfortable mattresses gets a five-starrating from my family.The host is very accommodating and responsive to your queries.Overall, I would definitely recommend the unit for its value and location.

The Apartment was great, very good location with all amenities available close by. Access was easy, hosts communicative and accessible. As the booking was through Airbnb, we received double up messages with the same content from Houst and Airbnb, not a big deal but could be a little annoying.

Lovely stay @ the quirky apt. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy. Comfortable beds and large efficient bathroom. Living & dining area comfy & spacious. Around-the-corner access to the underground. Quality stay for a reasonable price!

I had a fantastic experience with Houst during our recent family stay in London. Their support was impeccable, addressing all our inquiries with attentiveness and professionalism. It made our Airbnb stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
