It’s Toni and guy now. Charged me £130 for a cut and colour. Colour was barely noticeable and the cut is not at all what I wanted. I wanted my original layers just cut and enhanced. Left with very short hair and a boxy cut. Terrible. Hair stylist didn’t understand at all what I wanted.

The lady who cut my hair was not very good. She's also the manager of this place.i had to come back the 2nd time so she could sort out my hair. It still wasn't even. I had to go somewhere else to sort out my hair properly. I paid another £40. I was not happy.

My 9year old daughter had a brilliant experience with hairdresser Marie. She asked me to leave a 5star review and would like to return here Hairdresser Marie was professional, calm, kind and gentle. Took her time and did a great job. Very pleased.

Soo and the rest of the staff are so lovely. My second visit today and she even remembered things I'd mentioned the last time I went in. Price is very reasonable and she is meticulous with my hair. It looks great and I feel good when I've been there.

I normally give feedback directly, without making it public. But when I ask for something and they do the opposite, then there is no point. I said I wanted her to cut less than 2 centimeters of the existing length. I come home and at least 5 cm are missing. I had even explained to her why: my hair hasn't been growing in the last 10 years. Now nobody is going to give it back to me. Every other hairdresser followed my instruction. She didn't.

Poor experience. Hairdresser I had, she had a European accent. I asked for layers and 2 inches off, she cut too much off and then asked if OK - but it was a bit too late! I asked for thinning because I found it too blunt, she trimmed a bit on one side and stated she had finished and tried to get me out of chair. She had a very rude attitude! This costed me £40 for that experience. Please do not go here!

I had a really great service from Soo today. She did exactly what I wanted and not the bouffant cuts that most hairdressers end up giving me. This is my first time back in 5 years. I use to use Essenuals/New Hair quite a bit before, but then they took on a stylist that just did not know how to deal with Asian hair. I always ended up getting her and leaving disappointed. But today was a revelation once again with Soo doing my hair I will definitely make this my go to hair dressers.
