My initial experience of having the kitchen fitted was OK, although I did have to chase them a couple times. Since having the kitchen fitted I've had a couple of small issues, things that could have been resolved easily, but it's been 9 months of chasing with one single response. The kitchens they supply are nice but if you need anything from them afterwards then good luck to you!

We have drove to Bench from the other side of town on three separate occasions now and every time it’s been closed, despite checking opening times before visiting. Very disappointing!

The guys are brilliant. Tim's designs are amazing, Roland is a costing wizard and Lewis is an amazing fitter who is a perfectionist. A great team who deliver an amazing kitchen.

So pleased we went with Bench for our kitchen remodel. From start to finish we had such excellent service; from taking time to understand our kitchen wants and needs, coming up with speedy designs and adjustments (we only had 3 minor changes to the original design!), great advice regarding appliances, worktops, floors and fitments, and excellent communication regarding supply and delivery. Thank you so much, we are so looking forward to showing it off....eventually!
