1st class service. All the team were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Delivery and pick up driver ( sorry, didnt catch is name) was a total STAR!track came off skip loader and within less Than an hour they had sent a fitter out to fix it. Brilliant!Couldnt ask for more. Would certainly use again. Thanks.

Called KSS and everybody was very down to earth, accommodating and helpful…even to my favour more so than their own. Lovely little firm and I do believe I dealt with Chris who was a complete gent…edit it was actually Colin who dealt with all my queries in store but spoke to Chris initially via phone for a smooth introduction and booking

Excellent service. We had to extend the use of machinery and this, whilst charged, it was a very smooth process. Good working order machinery, and very good customer service skills.

Hired a mini digger on 2 seperate occasions from KSS, both times the delivery and communication etc was spot on. Definitely planning on using again for the next stage of my garden project.

BrilliantI needed some random items at very short notice. A large ladder, stand off and disc cutter. Ordered Thursday afternoon for Saturday delivery. From the order to the collection on Monday, all was smooth and just what I needed. No hassle. Very helpful when ordering over the phone, I.D by email to verify me, payment over the phone too. Absolutely perfect. Thank you so much. Will definitely be calling you again.

Gem Drainage Ltd are extremely happy with this machine, it saved time and money on having hard core removed from site and then crushed concrete brought in, will 100% be using this again, thank you KSS for a great service.

Exceptional advice and service from beginning to end. Took the time to listen to my planned fencing project and then adviced on appropriate equipment / machinery, again! This wasn't the first time I have used KSS (last used 2013/4 ?) and I am pleased the high levels of customer service, including the educating of novices such as myself without a condescending manner or language only an experienced builder would understand, remains part of the business. The delivery driver took the time to go through all the controls for the machine (2 Ton mini Digger) which performed flawlessly, in fact better than expected, during the hire period I needed to swap over a 9 bucket for one with teeth and this was arranged easily with one phone call. I also used an auger attachment for making post holes which proved equally strong going through the ground and an armoured cable with ease! (Whoops!)I will be in touch later in the year as my neighbour has been inspired and now wants to replace his fence too! Highly Recommended
