Very efficient, speedy and friendly service. Problem with the front door lock - could not take the key out when the door was locked. Andrew come within 10 mins - needed a replacement lock which he was able to do after struggling with one of the screws. All sorted within an hour of making the phone call. Great service.

Andrew has done a couple of jobs for me now - the shared lock on the building was broken and he came round very quickly and not only replaced the lock but restored the buzzer to my flat as well. Recently he also bailed out someone staying in my flat who thought the lock there was broken; it turned out to be a false alarm, but Andrew had to come out to prove it... and then refused to charge me. Thanks for both Andrew; 2 jobs well done indeed!

Andrew came out the next day, changed two door locks and checked a window fitting. He did a super, speedy, quality job, despite the chaos in our home! He was polite, efficient and very helpful. He even cut spare keys there and then. His excellent service was very much appreciated, and we definitely recommend him!

Absolutely brilliant service from Andy. Came within 10 mins of receiving the call as locked out of my workplace. Within half an hour from first speaking to him the job was done! Quick, tidy and very efficient and on a Sunday morning as well! Very impressed and would highly recommend!
