Starbucks Coffee
Only few people there and sat down to a crummy table top. Look around and a couple tables still with last customers food and cups on table. Was there for 30 mins and to the right was a table not cleaned. Not many people came through so what was time wasted just sitting behind the counter doing nothing. And the dish washer was broken so they offered paper cups for a dine in service. There was cups there to be used.

Not great. Coffee unavailable on the app so ordered at the order point. Coffee was available. Ordered croissant not-heated. Turned up nuclear heat. Why only 2 stars? We asked for it changed and the attitude of the server was just awful. No idea of the penalty for waste, but that's not really our problem.

First time in a Starbucks. Nice latte with soya milk. Would have been nicer if staff could have cut their conversation with each other to serve us.

Went to the drive through and sat at the order window for ten minutes. Kept being told she’ll be with me in a minute. Eventually gave up and went inside to order. Same girl called Belle took our order, and was noticeably irritated by us pulling faces. She then took her time getting our drinks and delivered one of the drinks half full (£4) They were not busy but they were definitely slow, rude and inefficient, wouldn’t go back.

Have been through the drive through a couple of times, today went in and the service was not great. The lady who took my order walked to the till and just stared right through me as I walked up, not a hint of a smile and just raised her eyebrows without saying a word. There were two ladies managing and quite efficient with getting the orders out but they were just chatting between themselves and placing the ones that were ready on the end without saying anything. I was the only one stood there so they were all being passed across like they were mine because everyone else was sat down at their tables, so noone knew what was theirs and kept getting up to come and check. Coffee wasn't that great today either sadly, £5.30 not well spent.

Absolutely appalling customer service I did an online order when I was about 10 minutes away from the store and not only was my drink not ready they hadn't even started to make it Absolutely defeating the whole point of Click and collect. This meant that I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to serve the walk in customers they then decide to give my drink to another customer which is not fully there mistake however upon realising that it's the wrong drink the customer returns back into the store and the lady who gave her the wrong drink tries to give it to me despite it having left the store and potentially being drunk out of and the worst part is I didn't even get an apology. Even mcdonalds would have the class about them to remake it for you. So unfortunately rather than deal with people who have an incredible lack of food safety training I left it on the counter on walked out.i shudder to think what food safety processes are in place and I'm not risking food poisoning over a hot chocolate.Definitely avoid this Starbucks location

Had the new blonde latte. Absolutely awful, it tastes like the last dregs you get in an iced latte from Costa. I kept drinking to see if the flavour was just at the bottom. If you don't buy a coffee for an insta selfie, I'd go Costa.
