Great Service! I would highly recommend the snagging survey conducted by LG Homes. Lee was very knowledgeable, very thorough and did not mind being asked a lot of questions. Being a first time home owner and that in a new build, I had no clue about all the issues that had gone unnoticed. The report is very nicely laid which will make it easy to keep track of the progress when it comes to rectifying the issues. Thank you Lee! Much appreciated!

Lee put my mind at ease right from the first phone call. Nothing was too much trouble and managed to book my survey for the next day. Lee was extremely helpful and very generous with his time taking over 2 hours on a two bedroom apartment. Lee was professional and thorough which helped identify issues I would have never of noticed. I then received an in-depth report with photos the next day. I would highly recommend Lee & LG Home Snags.

We used Lee this month to help us do the Snag list for our new build. He is a pleasure to work with and very meticulous with each issue or item he raised. He captures everything with photos so no ambiguity either. We presented the list to our developer and out of 98 issues there were only 2 they waived. The remaining 96 they agreed to fix with no quibbles at all. A great service well worth the cost, and Lee's expertise picks up things that we simply would not have known about.
