Very impressed with the service I got from this company and its representative Richard Pratt. I had researched the type of vehicle I wanted while resident in Australia and arriving in Uk in February I approached the garage. I particularly wanted an automatic in a specific colour. I was advised of a potential of a 6 month wait. In the event the wait was less than 6 and I received my car a full month early. I was given a lengthy tutorial in car by Richard and was surprised at some of the features. Follow up calls to see how I was getting on were also received. All in all a very good experience.

Simon Hooper has been great, even answering emails out of hours. He deserves 5 stars but company confused me with emails that were not Jaybee but from the overall parent company which is very similar. Everyone knows that's what scammers do. Also no follow through from sales quote of last year.

It was a pleasure to deal with Simon. He was honest at answering my questions - very knowledgeable about the car - and more than fair for the price he gave my part-exchange. It felt such a comfortable process and I have no doubt I'll return when it's time to buy again. I highly recommend them. I'm very happy with my new car - thank you!

We have just bought our 9th car via Jaybee motors the latest being a lovely new Dacia Sandero Stepway.We originally came across Jaybee back in 2002 when they went out of their way to assist me with a radio problem in a Renault Clio that had been purchased elsewhere. On this occasion they couldn't have been more helpful - hence we have always used them since.All of the team there couldn't be more helpful - never pushy.Most recently we have been helped by Chris Farmer for out last 3 cars and he has always been clear, helpful and kept us informed throughout all of the process so he should get a big shout out!The service team have also been excellent with an efficient and kind service always taking the trouble to explain things in a clear and concise manner in plain English.Will we use Jaybee again - of course we will!Would we recommend Jaybee - again of course we will. I would even go so far as to say that you would do well to go a little out of your way to use them!So - thank you Jaybee Motors from a VERY satisfied customer.

Hi all, Having recently visited this lovely dealership in Banbury, i was amazed by their courtesy, and knowledge of the brand that they are selling. The help in particular that i received from the gentleman called Simon, was second to none. On arrival i was asked if i would like some refreshments, then was guided to the requirements that i wanted. All in all, i would highly recommend anyone purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership. Chris kept me updated on the order from start to finish great to deal with a Dealer that cares.Love my new Duster well worth the wait. EDC gearbox is smooth and responsive it handles well and is roomy. Fuel consumption is really good getting 45 to 50mpg.
