Editing my review as I see the owner has decided to edit hers with a rather negative/attacking tone.The owner has decided to contact me on whats app (therefore broke the GDPR regulation) and pressured me several times to send pictures of my private part despite me saying that I am not comfortable sending picture of my body (here, private back side) to a stranger.When returning home and sharing the experience with my partner, he checked and saw the burn immediately and now I am left with sore skin. I am not surprised I have a mark now as during the treatment I have told her on two occasions how hot the wax was. When I was asked to flip around, I hesitated and took a second to wonder if it was a good idea to let her put such a hot wax on delicate skin.To respond to her below comment, I have never said it was a Hollywood wax, but only bikini and back side which I have said when booking the appointment and said it again in person.Despite all this the burn and poor service (hair left on the bikini line and on the back side) I have never requested a refund. I even told the lady on the spot that it was too hotMy first comment was a constructive feedback and in no way spiteful.However, now that I received rather unpleasant messages, I have been pressured and harassed to share pictures of my private parts despite saying that I am not comfortable doing this three times, I would definitely not recommend this lady.It’s not a nice feeling wanting to support small businesses and be kind hearted when being treated this way by the owner instead of her putting her hands up and accepting that mistakes happen.———Went for a hot wax. The lady was nice but unfortunately the experience was not. Quite painful (I’m used to wax and epilator) and am left with hair and burned marksI do not wish for this review to cause her any harm and I hope this constructive feedback will be welcomed in order to improve the service.

This is best place to get your brows done in luton and such good value for money. I always see merci and she is really friendly and professional and spends time and care making my bushy horrors beautiful-people actually complement me on my eyebrows now. some time she spends longer, depending what is needed needed and it doesn't seem fair on her!I would never go anywhere else now only trust merci with my eyebrows..thank you for such a great service.

Merci is the best professional I've been to for waxing and is both thorough and so fast! She's also super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable, I've been a regular with her and will continue coming back for her excellent service!

Been to get brazillian waxing twice with this lady both have been an amazing experience!Came back to get my lashes tinted and lifted, would recommend this treatment for those with long lashes. Merci is really good at asdpating to situations and it a lovely person who makes you feel comfortable.
