I have just recently picked up my new Kia using the WeGo service at West End Garage and I could not have wished for a better experience. I really enjoyed visiting the new showroom on Monday 18th September.Very light and airy atmosphere with plenty of space to look over the cars.Modern sales area and excellent working environment. Large digital screens that showcase any KIA model and colour choices.My car was in for some scratch repairs which were carried out efficiently and to a high standard.Thanks very much WEG for your attention to detail and caring for a customer.

Paul the rental manager was super !On entering the building we were very friendly greeted and made to feel very comfortable and welcomed. Paul arranged a car for us while ours is in for repair. Paul ensured we were happy with the vehicle and knew all the controls, his attention to detail covered everything possible. The experience really impressed us as all at Kia have been helpful but we felt Paul went by far that extra mile, he even prepared the car within an hour of it being arranged !The man at reception and lady that was assisting Paul with Admin should be mentioned too as they were so nice and helpful.My wife and I couldn’t possibly have asked for anything else and felt Paul was a real ambassador of the Kia brand.

I had my car serviced recently, I had my car picked up at the time advised by a very polite and courteous man. He took it away and bought it back in the afternoon. Before it was returned I was rang up to say that all was OK with the service and that it was just being cleaned and would be returned to me by a certain time. I am pleased to say that it arrived back before the advised time. I have bought 4 cars over the years from West End Garage and have always received brilliant service.

If you need to deal with a rental department you cannot go wrong in going to Paul Plaskwa who manages the rentals at this dealership. He is an absolute credit to the Kia brand and the dealership, is friendly, professional and an all round great guy. If I could give him 6 stars I would, a real gem!

I had an excellent customer service experience with Paul at Westend Garage. When my car's brakes needed repair and was taken to a different garage by RAC , Paul went above and beyond by providing me with a courtesy car. He was professional, polite, and displayed exceptional communication and people skills. He made drop-off and pick-up convenient for me. I'm definitely planning to use Westend Garage in the future.
