Such a fab local pub , brilliant staff and atmosphere in the place .Great selection of drinks and all prices very reasonable.Every week there's normally a band playing.Added Bonus of an outside beer garden.This is a definite stop off place to enjoy a drink or two .

Had an experience in the pub on Saturday afternoon, sat in a corner where 2 tables were facing the TV with BT sport on, watched the scores coming in then after 30 minutes the bar lady escorted a local man and his son onto the table opposite and proceeded to change channels as the guy wanted motorsports, really rude and ignorant thing to do as we were on our second beer and obviously watching the live football scores coming in, the motor sport wasn't even live it was a race from a fortnight ago. Needless to say we drank up and left the building, we went somewhere we were appreciated and spent our money there.

Quite liked this pub though hardly any customers on a Tuesday lunchtime in January. Tiled floor, pool table, Isle of Wight Festival posters on the wall, Sid Viscous by the gents. Nice fireplace but couldn't really heat the place. Outside seating. Live music on Saturday nights. Pint of Foster's £3.30 which I think is probably the cheapest in town.

Great pub with lots of live music and a real good selection of beers and ales.Everyone is always so friendly staff and customers alike.

Popped in to watch the community shield game.The staff were very friendly and efficient. I had three pints of Beachcomber and it was excellent and the atmosphere was very chilled.When I go back to the Isle of Wight I will definitely be visiting here again.

Great place but beer prices put me off and its my local applied for a mortgage to get a round of drinks in for me and missus need to remortgage for a second round.
