De-ientes

I've been with this practice for many years, and they've always taken wonderful care of me. Dr Jutla is a true star, professional, kind, amazingly skilled, and genuinely cares for her patients. I've had fillings and treatments from her, all painless, even without local anaesthetic. In all my life, more than 5 decades, I've never had a better dentist, can absolutely recommend her, and the practice itself.

Please do not go to this dentists. Genuinely horrible experience and they’re only interested in making money. A few years ago I had a dentist there cause genuine damage to my teeth that could not be reversed, and I had to have root canal treatment on them even though they were completely healthy before. After being away at uni I went back for an appointment recently to see a different dentist there and the experience was just as horrific. Was not listened to, did not have my questions answered the dentist was very sarcastic, and I felt pressured to consider having cosmetic treatments when that wasn’t what I was there to ask. Honestly an awful practice I would beg anyone to go literally anywhere else.

My father was suffering a servers ache. After calling 111 the second time we got a list of dentist to try. Most in the area have no interest as my father is only visiting Bedford and not registered locally. However I must praise all the staff at De-ientes because of the exceptional experience and support. The receptionist took the time to ask the questions and consulted the dentist. Phone me back as agreed, where the dentist agreed to see him. (Thank you for going that extra mile).We arrived earlier knowing having to fill in questionnaire, upon seeing the dentist both myself and my father was positively surprise the attention to details the dentist took to examine, question to find the issue. (The level of care simply put my current dentist to shame in comparison). Even my father he is not fond (actually scared of) dentist, the professionalism exhibited put him at ease!I'm now looking to move my entire family to this practice. Even though there is a waiting list, a good dentist is hard to find and should be appreciated.Thank you once again and I hope this message will reach the team @ De-ientes as matter of appreciation.

Brilliant dentist I have attended for years. My dad needed to see an emergency dentist today and was seen 2 hours later. Absolutely amazing service my dad is so happy. Thank you so much.

I had my braces treatment through De-ientes with Dr Sunita Naidoo. From the first consultation I had, till end of my treatment I was cared for by such friendly and caring staff. Dr Naidoo always has gone over and beyond and provides excellent customer service each time I visit. I would like to thank you for providing the best dental journey and giving me a straight smile that I have always wanted.I would highly recommend to all family and friends- De-ientes is the best dental practice in Bedford.

Was a pleasure to visit the practice. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. My hygienist was excellent and did a great job with my clean and polish. She also answered all the questions I had and was very informative. Couldn't recommend De-ientes enough!.

I have had a fear of the dentist pretty much all my life. I even got apprehensive taking my daughter for checkups when she was younger. I have been a patient of Dr Naidoo for a fair few years and he has always been so understanding with me and my fears. Gradually over the years I have become less afraid of the CHAIR and that is all thanks to Dr Naidoo and his team. I recently decided to have some implants and although the procedure sounds horrific and I was nervous I decided to go for it. I am so pleased that I did Dr Naidoo looked after me and I can honestly say I never had any pain. I would highly recommend De-ientes to anyone. A massive Thankyou from a very smiley patient

I came to see Dr Sunita Naidoo a good few years ago. At the time I found her treatment very painful, and this was clear from the way I behaved at the time by wriggling in pain whilst the procedure was being carried out. On a number of occasions Dr Sunita Naidoo also leant into my face with her arms and pushed my lips into my teeth causing even more discomfort, pain and bleeding. After the procedure (or what was carried out on the day) I shared with her it was my birthday, and she said ''if I had known I would have given you two injections''.On this day not only did I suffer a great deal of pain, but I was left traumatised from both her treatment and comments, and I felt unable to go back for a dental procedure for many years because of the trauma I had experienced.Recently I had a check up and minor filling work carried out on my travels, having being talked into addressing my dental health... From this point onwards it was made clear that my dental health had deteriorated and moving forward any procedures might be costly, and I do hold Dr Sunita Naidoo responsible for this, since it was her negligent treatment and comments confirming her negligence after the procedure that left me traumatised for life. Prior to this, I had no issues seeing a dentist. In fact I’ve also undergone two operations in sensitive parts of my body, and I have no fear from going under the knife again, should the need arise. Hence why I started to ask myself why I was so very traumatised about seeing a dentist, when prior to seeing Dr Sunita Naidoo I had no such fears.Ever since her treatment I have lived with an on/off abscess where the procedure was carried out, and since I was left traumatised and avoided any other dental care until a recent check-up in India, my dental health had deteriorated to what I would consider urgent. I even had a flare up in the summer lockdown when my face swelled and I was prescribed a targeted antibiotic by an emergency dentist over the phone.Taking all this into consideration, I decided to go back to De-ientes, since this is where the deterioration of my dental health started. I explained my predicament to Dr Rahendra Naidoo in January 2021 and asked for urgent dental care. Initially I was told to wait 10 days, which in itself surprised me since I had requested for urgent care. Dr Rahendra Naidoo replied back within the ten days to apologise for my experience, and also for good measure he added that my dental health is my own responsibility and that a dentist’s job is just to guide the patient! … Once again, I let this go over my head and merely asked again for emergency dental care no later than February and therefore giving the same dental practice an opportunity to put things right.The dentist explained they could not promise me dental care and that I would have to be put on a waiting list... Even after I gave them a second chance they proved themselves negligent again and have worked thoroughly hard for this 1 star review, and this is why I have taken time to write this review, so that customers can make an informed decision.The worst thing for me is the thought that Dr Sunita Naidoo might actually take a sadistic pleasure from watching patients wriggle in pain for extended periods. Why else tell a patient after a very painful treatment that she could have given another injection for pain?Looking at the surnames, I presume it is a family business, and hence an impartial service might be near on impossible for De-ientes to provide, especially when complaining about one of the dentists.I would keep away from these butchers pretending to be dentists at all costs!

I had Invisalign through De-ientes, i arranged a consultation and within a week i was on my first brace. The whole process was easy and they made me feel super comfortable at all times. All the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Wouldn't recommend enough!!!

I would like to thank all the staff at De-ientes, in particular Dr Jutla! I can’t express enough, the absolute care and professionalism taken with any treatment given to me and my family. They always go above and beyond with our treatment, be it just a clean, or major works needing done… So much so, that we travel all the way from London to receive our treatment!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, and we would never use any other dental practice again!
