Aweful!! I brought a box set and there were 3 discs missing, scratched and stained, disc holders missing and they didn't even check to make sure my products were good quality.

I love going to here to get some solid games for my PS4. I got Red Dead Redemption 2 from here and that is a very good game. The staff are also helpful and the prices on the games are highly worth it.

Never been in the shop before, so I approached the counter to try to get served. Waited a while, being ignored by both of the staff. The chap with blue hair finally acknowledged my presence after about 5 minutes to ask if I was being served. When I told him I was waiting I was told to go stand on some other area of the floor and wait there, not at the counter!Finally served after another wait, by the girl with blue hair. I'd seen a DVD boxset on the main website & wanted to know if it was in stock at that branch. She was unable to tell me, even after looking at the monitor for it; at least she was pleasant in her manner and tried to help...otherwise the review score would have been one-star

Can’t recommend this shop. Wanted to buy iPhone, guy refused to turn it on, saying he has no time for it.

Lovely assistance! Manger knows what's going on, and I was absolutely stunned by the lady that served me, they have everything I need and want as a geek, CEX is best!!!!

Time wastersI went to sell my old laptop was then told I would be getting roughly 34-44 pound and to come back in an hour. Came back in the time frame to find out they haven’t tested it and can’t accept it because of 1 tiny screw that isn’t one of the important ones that hold the screen or hold the case in was missing absolute time wasters

Great selection of dvds and blu rays and good prices.

If you ever need advice the guys are always fantastic and friendly. Good choice for every gamer out there. Loads of cheap dvds if your like me and still have a DVD player

Very annoying shop, it there's people trading or selling stuff to the store, and they are Infront of you while you're just trying to but something you can be stood waiting a long time.

I went there to buy a PS4 Pro and stayed in the queue for 35 mins and i asked the guy for the PS 4pro which was on the label as £150 and i wanted to check it . The guy took it to the upstairs and changed it to a new one and it said it was 180£. Then someone seems to be like a manager came and called a guy at the stores and asked about the price and he said it was 180£ the guy who was serving us also mentioned it was 150£ which was on the label and the manager looking guy was rude to the person who was serving us and he went upstairs and took around 10 mins and bought something else and said he gave ps4 and i can give it for 150£ . When we said it was on your label he reacted very rude to me and his colleague and said we are closing now if you want take it or leave. I said why don’t you give the one i got from the showcase . He said leave if you don’t want the item and we left when i was going out i asked his name he said his name was John . This guy has long hair with a blue headphone on him . I asked him for his name id to make a complaint he said get lost . Because of un manners and disrespectful staff whole staff members will be having difficult time . Even in front of the customers he was very rude to his staff because he was saying it was 150£ on the label . Very disappointed about this guy .
