EE

This review is for the company as much as the shop. In 2020 my wife upgraded her phone with we, and got a Samsung s20. A month ago we moved to Felinfoel, a mere couple of miles down the road and my wife found she has no call reception here with we. We went back to the store and explained the situation and the lad there advised us to call customer services, explain the problem to them and they should release her from the contract and unlock the phone as she is paying for a service she’s not getting. He also confirmed there is little to no ee receiption in Felinfoel. She duly called customer service as advised, and the chap on the phone tried to say the mast is being fixed today ( according to the lad in the shop there isn’t one), and he suggested she tried Wi-Fi calling. I pointed out it’s not to much to expect a calling service that she pays for. At this point he said, and I quote, “it’s not my problem “. He then went off to speak to his team leader after which he told my wife if she cancelled the contract she would have to pay, as apparently it’s our fault for moving, and when she signed the contract she was able to make calls. I have been unable to find where she signed an agreement not to move house for the length of the contract. Fortunately the contract finishes in December, at which point EE can stick their lack of service and their phone where the sun don’t shine, and my wife can transfer to O2 with an iPhone the same as me, which works perfectly here. What a shower EE are.

Friendly, cheerful and efficient service received. Served by a very knowledgeable team member, who was calm, efficient, polite and helpful.

Always been with EE and never have any issues, however went in today to get an upgrade and the young boy serving me couldn't even lift up his head while talking to me. Zero effort to sell anything to me, I left without a new phone and will now have to find another EE shop or hope he's not working on another day...

Been an EE customer for years. Went in recently for standard upgrade.The staff were willing to spend a long time helping me transfer files data and apps to new phone. They were willing patient and kind to a non techno old man. Great service.

The initial shop assistant was great however when my daughter returned with a query a young lady was there instead and was not only unhelpful but quite rude as well as clueless. Obviously in desperate need of training and people skills.

Knowledgeable, friendly member of staff greeted us when we entered and served us promptly.

Thank you so much for ‘Jamie’ and helping my grandparents on picking a new phone. He was so lovely and helpful with it. Made it so much easier on choosing on as he told all the specks and what he recommended.

I went to the Llanelli store a few days ago, as my Google pixel wasn't charging. Matthew was friendly and very knowledgeable, and quickly sorted out the issue for me. Thank you Matthew!

Prompt service despite the current Covid restrictions. I was served by Ashley who was, polite courteous and very knowledgeable. It would be hard to beat the service I received.
