Georgina was incredible! I was so nervous about my appointment but Georgina was so kind and made me feel confident in trying on different styles I wouldn't otherwise have even looked at. The dresses at this store are absolutely stunning and I'm so excited to have found my dress at Gina Lou!

I had such a lovely experience at Gina Lou Bridal – I cannot recommend them enough!Georgina and Stephanie were so warm, welcoming, and helpful, and put me completely at ease. This was my first ever appointment to try on wedding dresses and I had no idea what I was looking for. Georgina encouraged me to pick different dresses to try on and helped me to narrow down what I liked and disliked about each dress. This made the whole process feel less overwhelming and helped me to understand the style of dress that suited my figure and made me feel good. I felt that Georgina really took the time to listen to me.The shop itself is beautiful and has such a range of dresses to choose from. It felt very private inside and there were lots of mirrors for me to see all angles of the dresses. There was a lovely sofa for my bridal party to sit on and see the dresses too.Unlike my visits to other stores, I did not feel rushed, felt no pressure to buy a dress, and felt that Georgina and Stephanie genuinely wanted me to find the perfect dress for me. I found a dress I really liked and was very surprised as it was nothing like what I had expected to like. I was given lots of time and space to go away and think about what I wanted, and a few days later after trying dresses in other shops, I went back to Gina Lou to try the dress on for a second time – and I loved it!Stephanie and Georgina very clearly explained the process of ordering the dress and alterations. All of the alterations can be done in store by a seamstress that works closely with Gina Lou which makes things much easier. There is also a range of veils and hair accessories which I am looking forward to trying when I go back to pick up my dress. Georgina and Stephanie are also very responsive whenever I have contacted them by phone or email.Thank you so much for being a part of this experience with me – I couldn’t have wished for any better!

As soon as I contacted Georgina via the boutiques Instagram page, I had the best feeling. She is so warm, friendly and has a real calmness about her.This week, I had the pleasure of visiting the boutique, to see if I could fall back in love with my original wedding dress (from a different shop) after a BIG wobble. Georgina took the time to calm my nerves regarding my original dress and we discussed what it was that wasn't working for me. She then took the time to carefully select a number of dresses for me to try on, after a quick discussion. As well as this me and my Mum we able to look through all of the dresses in the boutique, and picked a few ourselves. It is clear that Georgina has a real passion and love for what she does. She really does listen to your wants/needs and quickly whittles it down to the PERFECT dress for you! There was no rush, I felt so relaxed and tried on multiple styles of dresses to ensure that I had found what I was looking for. The first dress that I tried on was 'the one' and it was the original one that Georgina had picked out - she knew! A bridal wizard!!! She was so patient with me and I truly had the most wonderful afternoon finding 'the one'. I feel so lucky to have discovered this absolute hidden gem of a boutique!Thank you to Georgina for being so kind, helping me out of my rut and finding me the dress of my dreams. I will never forget my experience of saying I do at Gina Lou.

From start to finish Stephanie made me and my family feel welcome. Helped choose dresses, was very helpful with questions. Made me feel comfortable in the changing room. Also put up with my child being abit excitable.Never rushed or tried to steer my choices.It was just a lovely experience... And although I cried at a dress got overwhelmed and left (I know silly) I think she knew I'd be back. Which I did a few hours later she let me try it on again which I got emotional sob bought it.I will always recommend Gina Lou to anyone. Thank you x

I had a fantastic experience buying my veil here. Stephanie and Georgina are incredibly helpful and kind. They are great at keeping in contact with you and go above and beyond to find exactly what you would like. Trying veils on here was a lovely experience; you are not rushed and the shop itself is very pretty and comfortable for the guests you want to bring along with you. They have a wide variety of beautiful dresses too! I would highly recommend going to Gina Lou for your dress and bridal accessories because the quality of customer service is amazing, as are the products they sell and you know you will be in good hands for the whole process.

If I could give more stars I would! I recently got married and have been so blessed by the service at Gina Lou Bridal. From finding my gorgeous wedding dress to my hair on the day. Georgina has been so helpful throughout. I’ve felt very lucky to have Georgina and Stephanie through out my wedding journey. There are so many lovely dresses and accessories to choose from. I visited many wedding dress shops in the area and found the standard in this boutique so much higher then everywhere else. They are so knowledgeable and felt they gave honest and helpful advice. They made me feel so calm and welcome as I was very nervous. I found some gorgeous accessories from here as well. When it came to the process of getting my dress it all ran smoothly and they recommended an amazing seamstress. Georgina also did my wedding hair on the morning and my hair has never looked better! I got so many compliments and she was so helpful and kind on the wedding morning. I highly recommend Gina Lou Bridal.

Stephanie made the experience of finding my perfect bridal gown... perfect! She made me feel at ease and not rushed at all. My bridal party were also made to feel very welcome and part of the whole process. I am so excited for mine and my partners big day. Thank you Stephanie and Gina Lou!
