V&B's Groom Room

My wee Kai goes her every 6-8 weeks, he gets his full groom done. Prices are amazing and as my Kai is a shy and scared thing, this place is great with him. He always comes back like a new dog and with a total new lease on life.

Wouldn't go anywhere else now that I have found V & B Groom Room. Highly recommend. Very professional, reasonable and most importantly amazing with my dog. He looks adorable when he leaves. Thanks again Victoria 5/5 and will be telling my friends with pets about you m.

First time sending my dog to Victoria, would definitely recommend her buissness and will be coming again, by boys haircut looks great and he came home seeming calm and relaxed, I'm sure he had a great spa day

First time using V&B Groomers, will 100% be back! My chocolate lab is very excitable so I imagine it wasn’t an easy task giving him the works but he came out looking like a new dog & smelled amazing!

Did such an amazing job with my Luna, especially since she is a very sensitive dog with only 3 legs and sheds like crazy!

Take my fur baby here for his bath and full groom and he comes back like a new dog everytime. He's very timid and shy but goes to Victoria no problem. Prices are great and service is great. Wouldn't trust my boy with anyone else.

First groom for my 2 yorkies after my local groomers closed down. Can't recommend this place enough, the dogs came out smelling amazing, looking much happier with their haircut and relaxed. Well done V & B's, thank you

Genuinely don't like having to do this but feel the need. Used Vickys services for the first time yesterday and all seemed fine at the start 9:30am pick up but he was not back till around 1:30pm. Vicky advised dog was knotted and had to cancel another appointment due to this then dropped him back off in a rush. Only later in the afternoon we realised his ear had a large gash. Having messaged her on Facebook no response. She then proceeded to put a Facebook post about matted and knotted dogs and the risk of them being cut. If she was just honest with me at the start when dropping him off or replied to me later in the evening I would have understood. She then sent me a long winded Facebook message admitted she had cut him and appears to have blocked me before I could reply.No fault in terms of owenys appearance after the groom but not telling a customer you have taken a chunk out there dogs ear is shocking then proceeding to block them on Facebook messenger.Couldn't recommend for these reasons.
