Amazing service,I phoned at 8.30 to ask if they could help with a boiler breakdown.As promised they rang me back to say an engineer would be with me late afternoon.At 12 noon i had a phonecall to say the engineer would be with us after his next call. Engineer arrived and boiler was up and running within half an hour.I would highly recommend and plan to use finesse for our boiler servicing.

the plumber turnd up earlier then was expected even though the m25 was bad he fitted my new boiler brilliantly and tided up all the mess not that there was much I would recommend them to anyone

The service was carried out very efficiently by Adam. He is very helpful and a smashing bloke to deal with. You wont find a better plumber anywhere. In addition Tony in the office is just as efficient, knowledgeable and helpful, this is the best plumbing company we have ever dealt with.

From the conducting of a survey and quote by Murray to the installation and fittings by Jack & Sam we were filled with confidence and positivity.It was not a case of “boiler out/boiler in”The work required 20 metres of new external gas piping etc. Jack & Sam set to work from 0830 and concluded at 2000 hrs 11.5 hours of pure hard work. These lads are not just plumbers they are carpenters; builders, cleaners etc so many extra skills needed to complete the job list. Additionally everything done and triple checked to ensure functionality was 100%.The next morning they returned at 0830 again this time with Adam. Finalising and commissioning the work. Without doubt this company has very professional Plumbing Engineers. Nothing is a problem to these lads. Their work rate is immense with outstanding work ethic. Thank you very much Jack & Sam.I Would also like to add that Murray (co director) ensures that pensioners / Veterans are well looked after in his costings.I fully recommend Finesse to anyone requiring Plumbing Engineering work at any level.

Staff are very good, professional, helpful, competent and nice and the service is really good. They came and fixed my broken central heating so all is well. Would recommend.My only niggle is the communications it seemed like I had to chase and chase them to get appointments and it ended up taking a long time to sort out. Maybe I caught them at a bad time when the phone line and email were being reinstalled. However apart from that problem 5 star!

Finesse fitted an unvented cylinder to our property. From their initial inspection and recommendations, we were very impressed. The quote arrived quickly and clearly set out the works to be undertaken. Our appointment was booked in quickly too and the engineers turned up on time on the day. The engineers were friendly, efficient and trustworthy. They answered all of my questions about the work they were carrying out and went over and above by replacing some flooring which they found was in bad repair when they removed the old cylinder. The job spanned over two days, but the working space was left clean and tidy overnight and everything was spotless at the end of the job too. We now have much better water pressure! I would highly recommend Finesse and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Absolutely great service from initial survey through to installation of our new oil boiler. Great communication from office. Martin & Billy superb during instal, clean, tidy, professional and went out of their way to help and cause minimum disruption. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Finesse were recommended to us by our Neighbours , we needed our oil combi boiler repairing & servicing . In our experience Finesse have been fantastic & went above & beyond to get the boiler working . We will continue to book them for all our plumbing requirements in the future .
