The food is okay. I ordered abula. It had a lot of oil so fitfam guys you might want to skip this meal. The portion was okay and wait time was fair. I ordered using Uber eats so I didn't deal with the staff

I ordered jollof rice, ayamase and efo riro.It took a really long time to complete the order. I had read reviews about wait times so luckily I ordered much before I needed the food but it took around 40 minutes and then another 20 before it was delivered to me. The jollof rice was nothing too special. The efo riro was delivered without Eba or swallow which is a bit costly for 11.99, especially as half of the efo is just stew. I was most disappointed with ayamase stew. Where I come from ayamase is ofada and there was no locust bean or ofada stew in sight. It was completely covered In meat though I ordered the stew only because I don’t eat meat.

Awful customer service. Don’t waste your money paying for the food because the portions are small and the £10+ stews & soups don’t even come with any pounded yam after I’ve ordered many times before and it’s come with pounded yam. When I called them to rectify this issue they laughed and hung up the phone. Poor service and rude workers. Don’t waste your time OR money with these people/restaurant.I’m so disappointed with level of treatment I didn’t even eat their food in the end. Order at your own risk. Abysmal and shocking service, whoever is the owner of this place needs to seriously reconsider their ambitions of owning a restaurant. I wish I could give this review 0 stars.

As a human being and a Nigerian I want to always support my own people. It’s a shame the experience is always poor. I have ordered 3 times this year and this is the last time. Cold food, missing orders and unhelpful staff on the phone when you call to inform them of their error. The arrogance is unbelievable

I ordered Abula( Gbegiri and Ewedu)and Amala . In the Nigerian setting that I know, Abula would be served with Omi obe(finely blended stew) . However when my order arrived, there was no Gbegiri in sight,the ewedu was almost invisible and the stew was the coarse blended stew that we use for rice with plenty oil floating on top. My mistake was not reading reviews before placing my order. But never again as It looks like they are never going to do better. This is really appalling.

I do delivery for Uber and I can confirm the service for this restaurant is the slowest in Cov. I come to collect two orders that should be ready and 9/10 times only one is ready and I have to wait 20 mins. There are times where I’ve waited 45 mins cause they keep saying 5 mins whilst an order just sat there.The staff look confused seem to just look at each other and walk up and down aimlessly. It seems there’s only one chef. Staff are just wandering around as if they are trying to look busy and some on their phones.I feel sorry for customers who’s food is waiting for 25 mins on worktops before given to driver. Currently I’ve waited 25 mins and these orders have been there as others are not ready.As a driver an order pings to me 7 minutes before it’s ready to collect. By the time I get there park up is about 5-7 mins.A further wait of 5 mins I can expect but 15-30 mins average is far beyond acceptable. I will refuse to deliver for them again. As a customer I wouldn’t waste my time and money on them.No value for anyones time and lack of customer service and acknowledgement.

Had a bad experience with them about 9months ago and vowed to stay away. Decided to give them another chance today and I got 'served' again! Ordered 3 packs take away with fried yam /plantain, called after my game of squash ahead to come pick it, order acknowledged. Picked my order and drove home, only to find just fish and no add ons which were paid for. Called customer care, the guy put me on hold for 30mins and line cut off. I intentionally did not call back just to see if they will be courteous enough to call back, as expected no call back. To worsen the matter, the quality had depreciated terribly compared to the last time I bought from them. I don't know if it is a Nigerian thing but it's a shame simple details gradually erode quality when it comes to Naija set ups.Anyways, it's a second trial and definitely NEVER going back there. I hope they learn before it's too late.

This is best African meal have had for along time, in fact my mum was upset because I commented how close the food was to her cooking. Next time I am bringing my friend here to celebrate his birthday party with great food.

I and my colleagues decided to visit here as we learnt it was one of the closest to our hotels. We'd just finished from a conference and were completely exhausted and famished, and we were really expectant to eat and be on our way.To our very shocking surprise, there was such wide disorganisation and lots of mix up with our orders. From wasting our time after We'd made our orders ( we stayed an extra 45 minutes waiting to get our food), to bringing us the wrong food 3 times, to mixing our orders.We kept getting up to go to the counter to request for our food.The food was tasty, and relatively cheap, but the service was terrible.I'd like to suggest that the management take tips from fast foods like MacDonalds for example, with sorting out their organisation.Use IT tools and get an Ipad where people can make their orders themselves, and have their order numbers. Using those order numbers, prepare their meals and have table numbers so these can be delivered directly to these numbers, to avoid the mixup.It was really terrible poor service!
