We used Murdoch’s Estate Agent to sell our house on the Forest Hall Park Estate in Stansted. We were impressed with the speed and efficiency of the Agents, from the first sales call, to taking professional pictures and uploading our advert on all the main channels of communication. The agents managed the process of viewings and communicated with us well at all times. We had a bit of a nightmare in the chain, sellers changing their minds and delaying the process, buyers pulling out and having to find new ones… Fortunately there was nothing more than Murdoch’s could have done which was one less party to worry about. Advice and communication on our behalf was nothing but faultless. Thanks again to all the team there!!

We were so pleased with Peter following the sale of our house, that we used him shortly afterwards to sell my deceased mother's flat. Through no fault of his, that became an issue so we used him to manage a tenancy whilst the issues (with the management company) were being resolved. The sale followed.Not stopping there, we decided to sell our new house to move out of the area and used Peter again for the third time!Throughout all our dealings with Peter and his staff, we have found them to be diligent, responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Peter and the team at Murdochs did a fantastic job on both our purchase and sale. We were involved in a complicated chain with lots of moving parts but they managed to hold everything together and kept us well informed on what was happening.

Excellent service from Murdochs on my house sale last year. Very professional team.I bought my house in stansted though Murdochs in 2015 and then used them to sell in 2021 so that I could relocate to Devon.My house went under offer quickly in a hot market but through no one’s fault the onward chain was very complicated and protracted. Murdochs supported me throughout the ensuing 9 months and made a massive effort, on my behalf, to get the chain moving further down. They communicated with all the other estate agents and solicitors and led the way to get us to exchange. Without them I’m pretty sure the chain would have collapsed.Well done Peter James and team - I would strongly recommend.
