Nice place with a variety of cars - both new and recent years of fairly used options. This is majorly a Toyota place but you may find few models of other car manufacturers. The sales guy is a great guy, though I learnt he will be leaving soon. They have funding options basis your earning power and credit rating.

The person who take care of me Claudio Deluca was amazing, all information that I need he gives them to me, awesome communication, he even called me next day to fit 2 new tires just because he was so busy a day before. definitely I will come back and I highly recommend him/ FRF Toyota

Many thanks for an overall superb experience. I dealt with Nick (Jago) whose email and telephone communication was efficient and friendly leading up to the transaction. When I did arrive at the dealership after a long journey ( from N. Wales coast) to swap our cars, I was met with a very friendly receptionist who promptly offered coffee and biscuits. Nick soon arrived and was superb in every respect. I also had a very friendly chat with the Manager who seemed genuinely interested in my well being. My car (GR Yaris) was superbly presented and is an absolute BABE"

Welcomed by Richard (salesman) as I entered the salesroom. He introduced me to Natasha, who was dealing with me and my service appointment. Natasha dealt with getting the car into the service bay, explained how long service upgrade would take and that she would ring when the car was ready.Service was promptly completed. Natash, efficient in her role, contacted me to return to pick up the car. All paperwork completed and keys, ready for me.Excellent service with friendly and efficient staff.

I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. It took them 2 months to give me the money refund. Very poor service. They don't reply to your concern on mail nor they entertain you on call. Unprofessional and poor after sales service. I would recommend the FRF Toyota at Swansea, they got good staff and better deals.

Would 100% recommend Toyota Newport to anyone. I've had 4 cars from them now, I've always used the same sales rep Richard Evans, he always makes sure to look after yourself in the after care, never pressures you into a sale. And always goes out of his way to meet your needs.

Recently purchased a used car from FRF Toyota Newport and it was on great experience. As a regular buyer of cars (every 2-3 years) I have had mixed experiences with dealers. This was definitely towards the top if not the best. Well done to Nick who dealt with the sale.

They completed a visual health check and didn’t tell me there was a hole in my exhaust (only let me know when i had to pull over and call because my exhaust fell off upon leaving). They promise a lot that they can’t seem to fulfil - and there appears to be a lack of communication within the team. Not impressed ngl, will definitely take it elsewhere next time
