Lovely shop but I was very disappointed with my eyebrow threading service. The young girl used tweezers a lot and that should never happen! Instead of the treatment lasting 3 weeks it was more like 3 days! Never again

Love superdrug, but find some of the staff in the Braintree shop, could do with some customer care service training.

Went into the store yesterday and was served by Ruby..she was so lovely and helpful! Great customer service and lovely clean shop! Xx

Situated within Staine Retail Park, this is a new store for the company.The store layout and ease of access are extremely helpful, as are the staff who are on hand to assist or guide you to your needs.Prices vary from very cheap to a tad overpriced, but when items get reduced on offer, that's very common.There's plenty of parking space available, including disabled parking spaces and parent and child parking spaces, too.Convenient also for collection of online orders, but please make sure they're correct before leaving as their packing team at the warehouse are quite useless! We've been sent items not even resembling our orders. The photo shows code liver oil, not Centrum multi vitamins in a bright rainbow box!

I have to say staff here really don't seem that bothered at all by long queues of people, I've seen people walk out due to queue jumpers, items are miss priced, and staff are too busy chatting through headphones on their own conversations whilst on tills. They just kind of meander about and might serve you if they feel like it.

Great location with a lot of parking, friendly helpful staff and massive range of products , some aisles have fun lighting. Fair prices.
