Spoke to Paul about a connection issue I have been having for weeks. He talked me through it and it was fixed within 5 minutes. I wish I had called a few weeks ago when the problem first started!!Paul was very friendly and happy to help. Will definitely be calling them again is any issues arise.

HCS are life savers! Recently experienced a fault with my work laptop powering up, resulting in no access to any work files. Spoke with Paul and just a day later i had a refurbished laptop with all my recovered files in my hand for a very reasonable price!Absolutely amazing team, highly recommend HCS!

Great service from Finn and Paul at Harpenden Computer Services. They examined my laptop, researched possible reasons for symptoms and very quickly got it working again with no charge! Very grateful to them both for a friendly, helpful and fab service.

HCS fixed my son’s computer quickly and efficiently, saving me lots of money as I was considering buying a new one. They consulted with me before they wiped anything, managed to save the majority of the data and kept me posted on their progress. The computer came back clean and ready to use. I would definitely recommend them as they were helpful, polite, friendly and efficient.
