Boots

As usual useless place - went to buy some frontline cat flea spot on but Boots being Boots the Great Authority decide that you have to go to the pharmacy counter for it! Just happens the pharmacy counter is closed!!! Why do you have to go to pharmacy counter for cat flea spot on? Went to Sainsbury’s 1 mile up road and bought it there off the shelf. Won’t waste another minute with Boots again always a complete let down!!! Over priced and never usually got what you need anyway. To be honest I don’t know how they have lasted so long? It’s a mystery just like WH Smith’s! Has anyone ever gone out and thought I need to pop to WH Smith’s? Well that goes for Boots for me also now!!!!

Pharmacy was closed, main reason I specifically went there was for the pharmacy. No staff operated checkouts all self service. 3 self service needed assistance, no help coming then when we found staff they were busy chatting. I almost walked out and left my shopping to go elsewhere. They need a kick up the backside.

Boots was my first experience as a cosmetic beauty shopping after shifting from Pakistan, so the experience was excellent. I am using their products they work great and suit my skin type and also quite cheap. Apart from this, they have a variety of different products from skin to babies products, so in one shop, you can find anything and their online services are also very good and reliable, will purchase from them again.

Great range of products on this store. A lot better than others in the area.

Shop is great, good variety of stock available. Wasn't impressed with the pharmacy- pharmacists spent a lot of time chatting which led to a longer wait than needed, and at the end of it all there was no useful information to take home! There were only two pharmacists available too, maybe it would be best if there was one more. The women at the perfume counter was lovely.

Only wanted a couple of protein bars. Only one cashier working the self check out and tills. The bars wouldn’t scan, the cashier was busy and after waiting for what seemed like a lifetime I gave up and went to buy from Superdrug instead

Couple staff members were rude and abnoxious. Been attending this store for years, never had a problem before. Staff customer service training needs readdressing.

The size of the store is quite big.Good choices of fragrance available for Male and female.Very helpful staff on Pharmacy side.sometime it becomes crowded due to self scanning on checkout station.Good selection of kids clothes. My Mrs always choose cosmetics from Boots which someone make my tour costly.Hard to find parking close by .Recommended? Yes
