Absolutely fantastic fish & chip shop, can not rate it highly enough, good price, excellent quality food, and the manager is awesome. Next time I'm down that way, which is quite a lot, I'll go out of my way to go again.

Fantastic Fish & Chips on the 1st night of our holiday after a long drive and some very hungry children! Huge portions and the staff were very friendly and helpful, we will definitely visit again!

Nice enough fish and chips, but definitely not the best in the area.Outside seating and a small inside area also.Very friendly staff with quick and efficient service.

Ordered food on the morning of 30/09/23 three large cod, two regular chips. Paid by card. Full delivery at 16.15 to 16.45.By 16.55 I had to telephone them and asked them where my order was, They weren’t concerned, they just said it’s cooked fresh. On arrival at 17:00 opened the package to find what to me. Look like three medium size cod they were very small and overcooked and dry. The only good thing about the meal were the chips. Sorry I couldn’t write you any higher very disappointed.

Its a quite Sunday afternoon and I was waiting for over half an hour, I even got sun burnt waiting for my order and considered arranging my funeral that I waited that long.The order got messed up by forgetting to add a burger which didn't help. They messed up and still asked me to pay.. cheek of it.The food itself was average. I was highly expecting something good with the look of the place. The cheese burger was fairly greasey and chips were ok.Overall I don't think I will be visiting again anytime soon.

Made a order by phone. Mixed order up three portions of fish and chips wrapped up and sat on side while other portion was cooked which was gluten free. By the time the time food was ready and took home first three portions were pretty rough !. Very disappointing. Went there especially for the Gluten Free. Never again .

Just like to say thank you for amazing fish and chips. I'm gluten free. Cod bites were huge. Tasted absolutely yummy. Not had fish in batter for years. Rest of the family had normal fish and chips which were still amazing. Staff were lovely very helpful.

I was asked to look for another nearby chippy by my mother in law, as her local is being renovated, and I think she was getting a bit fed up of supermarket bought fish and fish fingers for her ‘Fish & Chips’ Friday.So I popped into Colin’s and was warmly greeted and within 5 mins I was walking out with my telephone order; it was ready spot on time that I asked it to be ready.My mother in law was nicely impressed with her cod and chips, and there was ample cod bites to share with my wife, and the large chips went around all three of us.The fish was moist and succulent, the batter was golden and crisp. The chips were just right, soft on the inside and a crunch on the outside.Thank you for a great ‘Fish & Chip’ Friday!
