Great experience from start to finish. The sales guy was really Informative. The fitters were very professional and tidy. Company had brilliant communication and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Our boiler was fitted last year 2019 and it is really efficient no issues.

Avoid! They installed 11 solar panels instead of 12 without informing us and it later turned out they were old panels of a lower wattage than in the contract.

Had a full central heating system installed. The plumbers Tom and Ben were punctual and efficient with the work and completing their side of the job within the installation time frame of 4 days (17/01/2023 - 20/01/2023).The electrician was scheduled to arrive on the 3rd day (19/01/2023) of the installation at 2pm to connect the boiler to the mains, electrician turned up at 3:30pm and I was never contacted to say they are running late and when they will be arriving. They spent 1.5 hours to connect the boiler to a switch which had no supply and they also required me to help them find the cable as they was trying to feed it through the ceiling and couldn’t do it on their own. They never checked the supply to make sure it’s live because they turned up without the equipment required to do the job in a car, electrician said they can’t find a power source then decided to come back another day because they didn’t have enough time to sort it out that day. First available date for that electrician to visit was the following Monday (23/01/2023) at 8am which I agreed to.Plumbers arrived the following day on Friday (20/01/2023) to find that the electrician had left them more work to do because they had to disconnect the cable and wire the boiler to a plug for temporary use to drain the chemical out of the heating system and re-fill it, the plumbers also noticed that the electrician had never connected the earth cable.Electrician never turned up on the Monday (23/01/2023), called the office throughout the day to find out and they were clueless about what’s going on. They then told me the appointment had been changed without informing me which was changed to Thursday (26/01/2023) at 8am so I confirmed the time with the office.Waited on Thursday the whole morning and no electrician turned up so then I called the office to find out the electrician is running late and will arrive at 4pm, continued waiting the rest of the day past 6pm and still no electrician so I continued to contact the office multiple times to find out that they don’t work after 6pm so no one will be arriving that day. Had been in contact with the installation manager the same day to then be told another electrician will be arriving the following day Friday (27/01/2023) between 10am-12pm.Electrician finally arrived at 10:25am on Friday (27/01/2023) who completed the unfinished job for the boiler to be powered off the mains.So overall the service has been very poor from the electricians and management at the company. The value is very bad because the service received is not acceptable for the price paid and it has cost me more than just paying for the full central heating system because the amount of time which has been wasted waiting for an electrician and losing out on my income from work, multiple times because the time off I have had so I can be there for the multiple electrician appointments, just for an electrician to come and complete their side of the job, which should have been completed during the installation period and not over a week later.I do not recommend using this company for what they offer as there are plenty of alternative companies who value and offer better customer service for a better price!

Installation of Solar PV & battery system, Derbyshire. Equipment took a long time to order, but I understand this is an industry wide issue, and the setup wasn't 100% on the first attempt (RCD nuisance tripping) but the issues were resolved promptly and the system has performed well since. Our grid energy consumption has been reduced to near zero.Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, trades were skilled and tidy. I shopped around for a bit and Clever Energy were not the cheapest but happy with the decision to go with them based on the quality of work and service I received.

The worst service I’ve ever received from a company they left me without a hot water for over three weeks i would never recommend your company to anyone I have been calling all the time I spoke to one of the staff today and he said to why did you not call before after sending an engineer two weeks ago who said to they need to order a part and it will be delivered the next day two weeks later never received the part I have to wait another week

What a great experience had new ideal boiler fitted 23/11/22 Chris arrived on time totally professional fitted my new boiler no mess no hassle a true tradesman Paul the electrician arrived to complete the installation system fully tested and functional full explanation of operation of new unit explained and at a great price I had a phone call the next day from the company to confirm all was well and I was happy with the installation 5 Star rating from me great staff and a great company no hesitation in recommending this company to all

First off last year I was sent another customers finance agreement 'by mistake' when buying my boiler.After taking the aftercare I was told repeatedly that I've receive a call before the year was up to arrange a check-up/maintenance appointment. A year passed and no call, chased a week ago and still no call to arrange it.Oh and when checking my warranty details I'd been sent another customers policy.Hell knows where my data has been sent out to, or any other their other customers!*update*Today was the day of my servicenobody came or called

My boiler loses pressure and I have to re-pressure the system every day. I called to inform about that and after 3 days I am still waiting for an engineer. Due to the issue one radiator broke and leave the bedroom like a swimming pool. I called them 3 times and the first time there was a lady that was fuming all the time. The second call I was attended by another lady that spent all her time blaming me because I was not happy with the way I was attended. The Reid time a gentleman spent his time saying ok and sorry but not providing any solution because he needed his supervisor to call me on Monday to check if there was someone available.And the best is that I am paying an insurance service of £21 a month for the last 3 years and not sure I will be attended. Please avoid themAfter 2 weeks waiting for the repair and been arranged for the works today. My repair was cancelled 20min after the time he needed to be at my house. So my job is now delayed another week. Very bad attended. Firstly one director I tried to talked was busy and I was hung up by a Gentleman I preferred not to name. 2 min later I call back and the same director was in Dubai. Somebody from this company is to share with me the company they use to fly from UK to Dubai in less than 2 Mins.After the repair I will cancel my insurance with them and look for a professional company
