For any person who needs to go to this office it's stressful. However the waiting area is calming and welcoming as much as it can be for a PIP office

Clean and light. Staff friendly. On site parking for staff and a few disabled spaces BUT a very cheap car park at the corner of cow lane (1min walk) 80p for 5 hrs

All parking used. Receptionist condescending. Uncomfortable seating. Their main objective to belittle you and make any illnesses or disabilities you have not to be a problem.

Receptionist nice. Paramedic apparently trained in mental health and how it affects me day to day!! I think it’s safe to say she’ll be getting a nice bonus this month # steal from the poor give to the rich welcome to 2019

It was ok they were friendly offered me and partner a tea or coffee and they did put us at ease. But not a good place to get to especially if someone has anxiety disorders. And being told to go to Canterbury council and wasn't it was the pip center.

Although I found this a very traumatic experience that severely affected my bipolar affective disorder, the staff were friendly & very accommodating. My carer was offered a cup of tea. The nurse we saw was very nice & efficient & on seeing that the experience/appointment was causing me a lot of distress, went out of her way to expedite the assessment as much as she could.

Easy to find, two disabled bays with parking close by. Staff extremely friendly, professional and polite. Waiting area very clean and tidy. The nurse I saw in 2016 and the Occupational Therapist I saw today I cannot fault, both were extremely professional and took the time to listen.

Very hard to find .but very nice people who where very understanding and took the time to listen to me. Very clean as well .Just wish it was easier to get to via public transport.

Staff are lovely and polite, but the car park is a joke, the spaces are incredibly limited they are not very wide and if you need that little extra space to get in and out of a vehicle then your going to struggle, but use of a mobility scooter in to it would be problematic. Wheelchair and especially powered wheel chair uses would struggle. The call button is located to high and there is not much room inside the building to move around in one if you meet anyone else using one there. However the reception staff are polite and helpful, and inside is clean and tidy.
