I have been with Elderflower Care now for nearly 9 months. The girls go above and beyond they're full of humour and integrity. I look forward to my calls as it's always an enjoyable experience. Home cooked food in the slow cooker cats fed were all happy.My only criticism is they are all spoken for, I blame recruitment.An A plus service that I would highly recommend.

Fab company, staff are friendly, professional, reliable and patient.Management are amazing, great communication, no matter what time or day you call. I would not hesitate to recommend this care company at all.

I am a current employee of Elderflower care. After previously working with other care agencies for the past year, I can honestly say Elderflower care has helped me grow so much confidence in my job role and have really changed my perspective of care services. Such a wonderful company to work for, very caring and supportive and quality of care is brilliant. They have supported and guided me since day 1 of working with them and have offered me training / NVQ and office hours to increase my knowledge in care. I am very proud to be a part of a wonderful team and a wonderful company. The service they offer is remarkable and I’m truly happy to have found a service which truly cares about their clients needs and also their employees !!!!!! :)

These wonderful ladies have been the most amazing supportive team for a friend of mine and myself recently.When trying to find urgent care for my friend he was turned away by so many care company's and I was honestly losing hope of ever finding one to take care of his specific needs.I then found Elderflower care and these ladies swooped in and saved the day providing the best care I have ever seen to my friend , they treated him with the respect and dignity he deserved during the worst time of his life and I will be forever grateful to them all. They not only provide the best support to my friend ,they do the same for me too and I don't know what I would have done without them these last few weeks . No amount of thank yous would ever be enough ..you ladies are angels

This care firm are amazing. They have been taking care of my Dad on a daily basis for 3 months now & have been outstanding with his care. He is very happy with them too which makes our family feel much more rekaxed about him being at home. Werl done to you all!!

This team of amazing people is by far the best care team I have ever had the pleasure of working with anyone who has loved ones and want the best quality of care look no further than these absolute Angel's they go above and beyond any other company. The quality of care is excellent the staff we had the pleasure of working with are amazing so loving caring and the quality of food they would do for our loved one was exceptional. I need to give a big shout out to Angela and Nisha these two are the heart of the company and go above and beyond what anyone ever has. I know even though our ways will part we will always have a bigger family now. We can not recommend this company enough, even though it was only a few days of emergency care they were amazing with my 103 year old nan who doesn't like having to have strangers caring for her. They made her feel comfortable and at ease on there first visit they were so caring and sympathetic with her needs, and treated her with the dignaty and respect that she deserves.

An outstanding provider with great attention to detail and fantastic provision of care.We went through several providers before we came to Elderflower 10 months ago and they immediately gave us reassurance that my mother would be well cared for through their attention to detail, kind and considerate manner and assurance of a totally reliable service. They have lived up to these high standards and have been totally reliable, dedicated, flexible and provided a very high level of care to my mother. I would have no hesitation in recommending Elderflower to anyone.

If you want a care company that goes way above and beyond its duties, then look no further.I cannot praise these girls enough.Nothing is too much trouble for them and the level of thought and care they provide to their patients and families is fantastic.My Dad has been receiving care for last 3 years by a company, who should be struck off, but as an elderly man, he didn’t want to upset the ‘girls’, so put up with the rubbish they peddled him.Thank you soo much Andean Nisha and your lovely girls, for everything.I wish you all the very best for your future.Karen
