AVOID AT ALL COST! Ordered items on preorder through PayPal, never been delivered, no contact, excuse after excuse. Too late for paypal to refund and then they block you from chats so you can’t keep asking for items. This has been several hundred of £ over a couple of years now. They ignore calls and emails they tell you to send. Should no longer exist as a company.

Disappointed! Have used several times with no problems. But pre-ordered an item back in July 21. I know there has been a problem, but to wait over 2 years for a refund is a bit much. No response to FB message or email.

Absolutely shambles of a business. I’m owed over £170 was promised exchange items that were never sent so then asked for my money back to be blocked on messenger on facebook and on their pages. Will be contacting small claims court to get my money back just like hundreds of others have had to do!!! Avoid at all costs.In response to your reply I have been blocked because I asked if there was any update on either a refund or my exchange items… I was told my items were delivered when they weren’t and when I asked for a tracking number which I have had every order I’ve had from you I was told there wasn’t one to give me. I would like my refund or I will have to go through small claims court like many others have had to do. I’m so disappointed as I’ve ordered a fair amount from you and this is how you treat your customers!

This company owes me over £200 worth of items. They calim to have started the refund process back in October/November of 2022. Items were pre orders back in 2021, all due between 2021 and summer to fall 2022.They have not been helpful at all. Removing the invoices from emails so I cannot access them. Ignoring my messages for months.SCAMMERS!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

After another visit to this shop felt had to write a review . I have purchased items from the shop and their Facebook page and never had a problem if something happens it’s always been sorted out. On my visit I had a query and Dan is on the case ! It has been a tough time for him and it’s a shame that people seem ready to kick someone when they have always tried their best ! I am also waiting on pre order items from last year but I trust that Dan will honour these! I also saw his own collection and to be honest the photos do not do them justice !!! I took some photos myself and Maximus is amazing !!!!

So disappointed in this company. Have bought things from them in the past with pre-order and had waited an extremely long time for them. My last order Invoice #15827 (paypal) was placed on 14/07/2021, I have waited 2 years for my product and after reading all these comments I'm sure that I won't be receiving that or a refund. Tried contacting them via email, facebook and telephone (the number has now been disconnected). Dan I know you are reading these reviews as you are replying to them. I would like a full refund for my product for the above order number as soon as possible. This is totally unacceptable.

They have stolen my money and refuse to give me a refund.STAY FAR AWAY! I've never had such a run-around with a company before. They give all the excuses under the sun, but make no attempt to reply or contact in any way. I've been blocked and lied to, and I'm not the only one.Beware pre-ordering from this business, especially if you are not local. If something happens where a refund is needed or they are unable to provide a product, you will have to fight for it, and may even require to go the legal route.I placed a pre-order for items I knew weren't coming for a while, but didn't except it to take more than 3 years. Now that they've raised the price to 3 times more than what I originally paid, I have yet to receive any communication for a refund. I've sent PayPal money requests, Facebook messages (which is literally the only communication this business has besides calling, and I'm an International customer) and have been blocked, and sent emails based on the email provided by PayPal (which doesn't actually exist, all emails were returned). It's been 6 weeks now since I was told I would get an email with information about my order. I'm kind of at my wits end, because now it just feels like they are stealing from me. They mentioned they sent out emails regarding these pre-orders, but I have had zero communication. They are only responding to people who are buying their products, and are ignoring those who want their money back. They turn off all Facebook comments because they get flooded with people asking for money back. I left a comment on a Facebook post, and went to look for it the next day, and noticed it was no longer there, so I guess they are also deleting comments. I was kind of looking forward to buying from them in the future, but cannot currently justify the prices they are now asking for their Kingdom & Beyond collection, but will no longer be following for future updates. I will continue sending PayPal money requests until a refund is given.Edit: The reply doesn't even mention giving a refund, even though I have asked for it multiple times. My comment that was removed from Facebook was asking how to get in contact for pre-orders for Kingdom & Beyond, on the actual first post regarding Kingdom & Beyond. I am unable to visit your shop, because I am in the US. Due to the 10 hour shifts I work, I'm also unable to call because the shop is closed by the time I'm able to. I understand the prices of things increase, and you are offering a discount for those who did pre-order, but I do not think I'm being unreasonable asking for a refund, minus the £10 deposit.

I placed an order over 2 years ago now and still haven’t received item and no refund. Have tried contacting via email, messenger, phone, website, Facebook but never get any response or told no one is there who can help me. Will never ever use this company again.

I use to love this shop I’ve spent a thousands there buying Disney figures. However the Harry Potter figures i ordered on behalf on my mum over a year ago still haven’t arrived. They were sent out in November that’s what the shop said. And when i contacted parcel force about it they said the order was never sent from the shop. I finally managed to speak to Dan in February and he said he would call me back the following day I’m still waiting on that phone. I have messages the shop numerous times and get fobbed off. Now they have blocked me i have never been rude to them on messenger I’ve just asked either for the figures to be sent or a refund. I’ve called the shops numerous times as well and either Dan is not in or he’s always busy the another client. All my mum wants now is a refund of her £80 to put towards a new bed as she’s disabled.I called your shop last week and spoke to Dan about the refund and you said you would do it that day or the next I’m still waiting on said refund. I’ve called the shop two more times and been told you’re busy or not in. My mum needs her refund
