Requested intermediate service cost for Saab 9-3 and was told about £250. Rang Saab specialist who said I was being charged for work not required on that type of service. £120 for intermediate bearing in mind heritage claim to be Saab specialist I think they tried to rip me off

Really disappointing experience. Booked in for 2 repairs having discussed issues over the telephone. First repair was billed £100 more than quoted and then charged £120 to investigate a ‘noise’ that doesn’t exist and was never mentioned by me. Corrected them twice during the work asking how their investigations related to the issue I’d booked it in for. Told in the end that parts are obsolete and I needed to find them. Had hoped a ‘Volvo specialist’ might have contacts / knowledge in this area. Ended up with a huge bill and unresolved issues with the car. Would not recommend or use again.

Volvo specialist helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me in my search for a suitable vehicle. once purchased gave it the once over fitted timing belt and fixed the brakes at reasonable cost. Very pleased. Would recommend.

Absolute cowboy. Went in with a stuck clutch pedal, £2000 later, pedal stuck again and more noises. When tried to return he refused to look at it without charging for labour and refused to accept any responsibility. Now been replaced by another garage who reported the wrong clutch had been hammered in. Broken parts. Was never going to last. AVOID

Volvo put on diagnostics to find problem and found within 2 hours ,service was excellent and going back soon to put problem right ,in all excellent service and kept up to date on phone what's wrong Thank-you Heritage garage *****

Really impressed by the great service provided, went the extra mile on all counts. Was recommended Heritage motors from my usual garage due to their knowledge of Volvo cars and was not disappointed. Great value for money, cannot recommend enough definite 5 stars.
