I was sceptical to be honest, because I have never heard about this shop before and it has only positive reviews. But they had my dogs fav dry food in stock and it was cheaper than anywhere else. So I placed my order on 18/12 (saturday). 3 days later (including weekend) I (my dog) got my order before noon! And don't forget it is just before Christmas.Edit after 8 monthsI have made more orders since then (7 in total- fav dry food :) )- and I am still amazed by Their customer service. Next day or even same day shipping, true stock products and something sweet for human with every order.

The website states in it's FAQs... Do you have a physical shop?No, we are an online-only retailer.The companies house number listed on the website is for Rokers who are a physical store in Guildford and the website lists their address too. Why lie? Not a trustworthy online store. bewareReply to John:Thanks for your response. You are using the same companies house name/number so therefore you cannot say your business is separate at all! Looking at the two websites you have similar products, you also dispatch those products from the same facility. If your business was separate as you state you would be trading under a different company name.If you state on the website you are separate you should be separate and you are clearly not therefore this isn't honest so I wont be using you.Regards

I ordered a bag of Tribal dog food and saved almost £20 on the cost I normally pay from the Tribal dog food site itself and it was delivered the next day (no delivery charges either). Will definitely use again.

Great customer service - prompt, very polite and efficient! Ordered before 2pm and received the delivery by 10.30am the next day. Also received a 10% discount off my first order, the delivery charge is reasonable, although this is free if orders are over a certain amount.Will be using again and would definitely recommend!

I get my dog’s food delivered from here about once a month — it is soo convenient! They have next day delivery, the food is cheaper than pets at home and the delivery is free if you buy a good amount. 10/10 recommend

I’ve used these guys for Natures Variety dry dog food many times. They have always been great at dispatching dog food asap, even with an urgent order between Xmas and New Year. They nearly always have the best price too.
