Good deals, however, the staff need an attitude readjustment. More interested in their phones and smart watches. As an ex superstore manager, I'd sack them all and start fresh.

Prices through the roof. Only one till open and long queue but no one is coming to open the second till. Also the staff need an attitude readjustment and good customer service skills.

Charged wrong price for three items... notified cashier, was told they would need to refund then re sell...no manager or supervisor available to authorise this with one till open and queues building up. Ended up telling them not to bother....totally outrageous...not the first time I've had issues in Hove Iceland. Witnessed someone shoplifting there seceral months ago, notified two members of staff who literally went to front of store and watched the shop lifter walk out of store with contraband and not even challenged....

I travelled from East Brighton near the marina to do a shop here recently and was quite impressed at the size of the store and the selection of items on offer. I was slightly disappointed that I couldn't get the shopping delivered, not particularly on the same day but at all as there seemed to be some confusion amongst the staff on the chance of sorting my request which I could have done with as I was really struggling with my mobility that day so it would have been a lot better for me to have it delivered but I managed it. Slowly. Other than that I couldn't fault it.

Everything is goodBut not reasponsible staff,long que but no one is coming to open the second till some trays fall at the exit way then suddenly 4/5 staff come to arrange ...went there while working and it take 30 mins for 3/4 bakery items

Ordered same day delivery, the delivery was marked as delivered with no contact with store and no delivery in site. Finally get a call, and am told the store manager will call me back shortly. Of course he did not. I finally get through and am clearly upset about the situation to which no help was offered other than redelivering another day. This is not the service I paid for and do not think this is a sufficient outcome. No help to find a resolution, or offer of refund.

Lots of choice on products at good prices. Staff seem polite and helpful, and they also take Love To Shop Vouchers which at this time of year is a real bonus!!!

Always a good place for daily or freezer shopping. There are a variety of frozen ready meals for oven, microwave and air fry cooking plus fresh and dairy products. They also sell biscuits and food ingredients such as flour, sugar, breads, tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Some detergents and personal hygiene related products are also availableThe staff are very kind, helpful and friendly.Whichever branch you go to the atmosfere seems to be similar.I usually go in on my way home, before getting on the bus .Very handy.

Fairly well stocked. Dates on a few chilled items were quite soon so we chose not to buy them. Some bags of frozen items were split so the freezer was littered with loose produce.Process on most things are higher than average.Staff are always friendly though.
