Just had new porch windows and doors fitted. Couldn't fault the guys fitting them .polite professional and tidy , took all the windows away left no mess what so ever. Thanks very much for a job well done.

We had our new windows and doors fitted in November 2017. Hesitated to put in a good review then just in case but after a year plus I would heartily recommend this company. They came out to check a possible fault and remedied it at a cost to them. All the staff were helpful and positive. Would not hesitate to recommend - we have a lovely warm house!

Had windows, guttering, facias and a small conservatory replaced. Initially came and did a quote which was thorough and very competitive. Fitted really well despite very poor weather. Extremely pleased with finished work, looks great. Thanks.

I had 3 x windows, replaced all in one day, we left them the key, and left them to it, in horrendous wet windy weather, all done, no mess, all cleared up , and fantastic job, thank you.....

Monday 17th & Tuesday 18th November we had two of your team come along to do a roof insulation on our Conservatory. We were very pleased with their work and it looks a treat. We experienced an excellent service from quotation to survey to installation. Andy and Tony, the installation team arrived on time and worked throughout the day and did a great job. They provided a very high level of customer service.Thank you to the Rodda and Hocking Team.

The only reason I have given 1 star is that we eventually received our doors and windows. If you do go ahead with this company then plan to wait at least double the time stated by the sales team, expect next to no customer service or communication from Rhoda and Hocking or Britannia Windows but do expect correspondence from their litigation department. Good luck.

Shocking lack of attention. Where do I start? About 8 years ago, I ordered 2 door, R&H did a proper job. This Summer, I was at my parents place. I saw an R&H van. Turns out the neighbour had a new porch put on with them, but it was leaking. Not great, but it did remind me of the company. Fast forward a couple of months, and I needed up to 5 Upvc windows and 2 doors. I spoke to the guy on the phone, very helpful. I explained what was needed, and he suggested some 'improvement's. Perfect! He said R&H would email me with a quote within a week. After 2 weeks, nothing was received, so I emailed. I emailed again. Over the following 3 weeks, I phoned once a week. Reminders were sent to the quote guy. If they R&H didn't want the job or had any issues, it would have taken 1 minute to email. So, very poor attitude, 8 years obviously makes a massive difference. Struck off my list.

we thought we would use a local company! we were disappointed as well into the order we found that they are part of Britannia Windows and due to poor local office communication we dealt with Cleveden on a couple of occasions. We ordered the conservatory on the 9th February and was told it would be an 8 week build. our conservatory was finished around the 17th of August. this was due to lack of communication between R & H and the contractors which they use. we had contractors arrive before ready and had to wait extensive times for others. we were not fully informed of delays with manufacturing and in all the whole process was disappointing. Our saving grace was we were directed by Cleveden to CTG in Hayle . They are amazing. Extremely helpful and courteous office staff, who are willing to help plus an extremely knowledgeable manager/support staff and the fitters, Scott and Gary saved the day along with the builder/plasterer. Thank you to those that made our dream possible but my advice is stay away from R & H

Excellent service from start to finish. Everyone at Rodda and Hocking helpful and courteous. The three fitters Gary, Brendan and Scott did a brilliant job. Would recommend
