Mo served us a few days ago. It Was a great experience, he was a really interpersonal and kind guy who knew exactly how to help us and catered to all of our needs. He answered all of the questions we had and we left with two wonderful rings

A big thank you to Leigh-Lou at the Brent X branch, who helped me and my mum buy 2 necklaces and a bracelet. Just visited the Brent X branch and I felt compelled to write a review. Quite simply I received 1st class attention from an employee called Mohammed. I had a number of queries and he showed me nothing but patience, consideration and professionalism. In my career I was a Sales Director and know the importance of such qualities. Because of Mohammed I will always look at H Samuel as a first class service provider.
