Foregate Fireplace Centre

Went in for some advice on fires, to replace my existing. Completely ignored initially by the sales man and had to approach him. Only to find he was the most unhelpful and rude ‘salesman’ I’ve ever come across. Needless to say went else where, won’t be returning or recommending.

Same experience as another reviewer here. We went to chat about adding a wood burning stove to our house, but we wanted to spend extra to benefit from a double-sided unit. The guy here took one look at us (youngish and not sure what our options were) and must have decided we were time wasters, then proceeded to fob us off with an irrelevant brochure and zero advice or warmth.We got straight in the car and went to his competitor at HOTC where we ended up spending £4k getting our dream wood burner - which has been fantastic over the winter.Thanks for nothing, Foregate.

So pleased with our new fire. Nigel was brilliant and made having a new fire a really enjoyable experience. They are very reliable, trustworthy and communication was great throughout. Tony removed the old bricked up chimney, fitted the log burner including slate hearth and plastered the area. He was very clean and tidy and it looks perfect. Thank you :-)
