An absolute pleasure to do business with the Long Sutton branch. Staff were always professional, courteous and polite. Any questions or tasks were dealt with promptly. Particular thanks to Jodie and Carole for all their help. They made the who process painless. Having been widowed, then a change of employment and bereaved again recently. I obviously had more pressing matters on my mind. They took it all in their stride and were very attentive, professional and kind. I cannot praise them enough. We dealt with the Long Sutton branch. Although this agent was our onward purchases estate agent they could not have been more helpful. Jodie in particular went out of her way to assist in resolving issues. She even assisted us well out of office hours so that we had the keys to our purchase in time. Would highly recommend particularly this branch.
