Leroy and the team have been amazing. They have made a very difficult time easier. Kindness and patience are second nature,with nothing being too much trouble. I would highly recommend them. Berevement is always a challenging time with many tough decisions to make. Having used Lucas & Sons twice previously to completely clear two private houses, which they completed to a very high standard leaving the properties in immaculate order. We asked them recently to clear a small office that we were vacating. The work was done on time, without fuss and the office was cleaned perfectly. They are friendly, efficient and trustworthy and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Brilliant, friendly & useful customer service. My Mum has moved into a residential home recently and having just sold the house realised it was to big a job for me. Leroy went through how his service works, quoted very promptly then his team cleared house in two days. The stress & hassle saved was huge as i live over 100 miles away, plus my Mum really happy some old furniture and antiques would get sold on to new homes. Big thanks and would highly recommend Leroy & his team!

Lucas & Sons recently cleared my brothers small house and I can highly recommend them to you. They are punctual, price competitive, tidy, thorough, obliging, work fast, environmentally responsible and all that you would expect from a five star service.Beyond that though they are compassionate and understanding. My brother had lived in his home for more than 24 years and in recent years with dementia and physical illness. Leroy and his team showed great empathy and respect. They are humorous and make a difficult situation so much better. Thank you Leroy.

If you are looking for a House Clearance Company look no further than Lucas & Sons.Leroy and his team have been fantastic and so helpful, Leroy was even communicating with me while he was on holiday.Leroy and his his team cleared my late Fathers 3 bedroom bungalow very quickly and even hoovered up afterwards. They made a difficult process a lot easier.They are very reasonably priced, honest, friendly and courteous and I would highly recommend them.
