Such a helpful and lovely team! We purchased a house which was being sold by them and they were the main reason it went smoothly. I’ve known Sims Williams as a company for years as at times we were competitors as I was an estate agent covering the same area. I employed them to sell my mothers house and all of the staff from Richard through to the two Louise’s were superb and in some ways more effective than my old company were chasing the sale through was concerned. When they say they will call you, they do. Slightly more expensive than other agents but worth every penny on this occasion!…. Thanks again
