We used M Roofing & Building Services on two separate occasions and was very pleased with the results.The first was a more substantial piece of roofing but it involved blending tiles in with a neighbour and significant lead work. The project was finished on time and within the budget quotation. The site was left clean and tidy.The second job was smaller but more complicated again involving significant lead work. The work was once more finished on time and within the quotation.Overall excellent pieces of work and we are very pleased with what was achieved.

Following a previous and successful instruction some two years prior to replace my private side flat roof, decking boards and part associated structure, I contacted Victor again of M Roofing, to extend the same roof covering and guarantee. This followed my own removal of an area of associated pitch roof and structure.Victor undertook an initial detailed inspection and discussed my requirements for the new area of roof and associated detailing requirement. A proposal was agreed and instructed.A new sloping roof structure was created to falls, fascia and capping detail with new felt laid to existing.Victor is very meticulous and hard working and committed from early start to late working day finish. I would highly recommend his services based upon this work.

Victor and Lee done a super job on repairing my roof after the storm damage. Very responsive. Rang him on the day of the storm and they managed to come the very next day. I can’t thank them enough. I shall definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

M Roofing recently repaired a large section of our gutters which were severely leaking and also replaced a good number of broken/missing roof tiles. Victor was great throughout the process from when he first came to quote where he was transparent and honest in his approach, to when he came to do the job itself. He arrived on time, and carried out the work really effectively, even when a few extra unexpected issues came up. He was happy to talk us through it all in a really accommodating and friendly way.M Roofing are very genuine people and charge a very fair price for top quality work. Photographs were taken daily to show progress and detailed explanation of the work carried out. Thoroughly recommend this company for any roofing work. Victor and his team are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the whole process involved in removing the old roof and replacing it. Victor was always responsive and professional throughout the works. Despite some inclement weather at the time, Victor gave regular updates on any delays and timing of the completion, as well as sticking to a budget which I found very competitive.
