Been a few times as I’m on disability allowance. All staff and vets are fantastic, kind and caring. Our most recent visit was with one of our bunny’s who are our baby’s he was extremely poorly with pneumonia by the time we got to pdsa he was really struggling and I knew it was time to make the extremely hard decision. It was a Saturday so pdsa were extremely busy with only one vet on but still we were not rushed in saying our goodbyes and was still spoken to with care and compassion. It was the hardest decision Iv ever had to make and pdsa were extremely supportive in this extremely difficult time. Thank you so so much for all you do and showing so much care during this time.

Great staff, so lovely and compassionate.Took our baby girl in on Friday night as an emergency and they kept her for 3 nights, I was an absolute mess without her and did call for updates when I woke up and (attempted) to sleep and they were so understanding and did everything to assure me she was doing okay and that it was okay to call for reassurance on her.All of the staff we spoke to from bringing her in, to leaving with her today! Everyone was so lovely and I can't thank all the girls enough.

Horrific behaviour from staff today. Dog died and I rang up to ask if they could deal with her. Told them about the dog not being registered, they said it was fine and to bring the dog down. Off we went. Turn up with the dog and get questioned about her. Told she wasn't registered, which I divulged on the phone and was told to bring her down regardless. And Told that it would now cost hundreds for them to take her off us. Made us bring down a dead dog under the illusion of care and helping us deal. Only for them to try and use It as an opportunity to syphon money out of us and using the situation of bringing her all the way down to pull on the heart-stings. Delectable and unprofessional behaviour witnessed today. Upsetting g to see such disregard for common decency and decorum.

Brilliant staff, although can take a couple of days to talk to a vet depending on your dogs condition. As dog owners we are always going to worry more and feel our pet needs urgent assistance when it really isnt an emergency . All vets explain in depth and reasure. So overall this place is amazing. More donations, even if it's just a pound.A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF TO WORK HERE.

I’m so disappointed and heartbroken. My mom went to this vet today for the first time as we’ve find out that our dog Morgan has breast cancer and she has to be seen by another vet to have a second opinion so our vet suggested us to go here and following the appointment if there was a confirmation of the diagnosis we were supposed to be forwarded for further exams. She has been seen today at 15:40 and the vet was absolutely heartless, she said that it looks definitely that our dog has breast cancer but there’s nothing they can’t do because there’s dogs who are in a worst position and if we don’t have money to pay for the dog treatments in private then we will need to stay with the dog until she dies. It’s just not okay, it’s not about the money, it’s about our dog’s life, we just wanted some advice and kind words during this difficult time. When my mom told me I was absolutely shocked, how can someone like that work as a vet? How can we let someone like that taking care of our dogs? Disgusting behaviour!

Absolutely amazing! Saved the life of our beloved family dog Luna, who actually crashed during an operation and was resuscitated by the amazing staff who never gave up on her! We will be forever grateful❤️

I took my very sick dog there as an emergency. It was an horrific night for us and we lost our mate. The staff were so caring and compassionate both to our little dog and us. I was very impressed with all of them. Thank you

Absolutely disgusting. Been a patient with PDSA for a couple of years and been donating quite often. My dog needed help so I contacted PDSA and give them my details their reply was “sorry you are not on our records and we are not taking any new clients. I see I’m not on your records but I am on your records for taking my donations. You should be ashamed of yourselves turning a sick dog away when it needed help. No more donations for you.
