This company are absolutely superb. Excellent customer service at a time when that means so much. I ordered from Ireland and can only hope that it is as easy to order from them after Brexit. A wonderful team, great products and fast shipping. Thank you!!!

Items didn’t arrive despite paying for 24hr delivery, refused refund would only refund postage although it was clear from tracking that the item hadn’t been delivered. Consistently lied to, even though they had not terminated the call properly and I could hear them discussing that my order had not been dispatched. I have now having to seek resolution through payment services.

Sent me a faulty device and refused to allow me to return it instead telling me to go direct to manufacturer. So now O have a faulty device which I’ve had to still pay for that is unusable. Stay away at all costs they have ZERO customer service skills and I’ve also had to report them to trading standards.

Really quick and friendly service. I bought various stickers to cover different items, reasonably priced and not extortionate postage costs. One sticker was not cut properly but this was dealt with really quick and I will definately be using again.

Bought a very expensive pack of Dexcom patches to secure my CGM unit. Terrible quality very thin and not adhesive - they peel off after a few days. Cheaper material than rock tape you can get for a tenth of the price. Contacted shop and no interest. Won’t order anything from here again.

I have been diabetic for 20 years and normally carry all my equipment in a normal handbag which is ok but a pain having to go through the entire bag to find everything , after doing some research I decided that the Thompson carry all suited me best , next was to find a uk based online company to get it from after looking through several different companies I found diabetic supply , and done some research on them and decided to order . The website was easy to navigate and it was simple to complete my purchase. The bag was due to arrive a few days later . Unfortunately the delivery company messed up , I phoned diabetic supply and spoke to David he was extremely helpful and sent a replacement bag straight away with next day delivery. I was very impressed with the customer service and it was reassuring that they understood how important it was to have the bag just to make my traveling a little bit easier . I have shopped online for years for different things and have never experienced such a customer focused company before I will always be returning to this company for future diabetic supply’s and will be recommending them to everyone I can
