Central heating malfunctionChris solved the problem, explained what had caused it and how he was fixing it obviously knew exactly what he was doing. He was very helpful. I was so grateful to have heating back on after a week without.

A horrible experience with this company .STAY AWAY!I got invoices which show the total bill amount is over £2200, because of the 14 units" of work. This is a commercial fraud.I asked for my shower to be fixed as there was no hot water. We had a problem with the hot water in one of our bathrooms, the water pressure was not stabilising and so the shower would turn cold. We received a very professional service from Alex, who was very helpful in explaining everything and fixed our problem in one sitting. I would highly recommend.

We’ve had issues regarding a huge leak in our boiler room and had several contractors attend and not be able to identify the source. Within 30 mins of being here Chis and Nick were able to locate the source and rectify the issue immediately. They were very professional and communicated well. Tim and Chris have recently carried out and completed communal boiler upgrade works at one of building site I manage. The quality of the works is impeccable, outstanding and boiler upgrade works have been completed prior schedule time due to urgency of not having hot water and heating to all flats at this building.
