At 1st felt very uneasy about leaving our Keeko at Lancaster branch for 2 hours, longest she as been away from us but within secs of entering the groom room that vanished. Staff was amazing at how well Keeko took to them. After returning 2 hrs later she looked amazing. Highly recommend.

Had to wait twenty minutes before I saw a staff member to assist with the purchase of a hamster. When the staff member was available however. I could not fault her attentiveness and care.

Was told by the woman at the till that I'd get money off my bill if I downloaded the app which was very useful. We all know money is tight for everyone right now and that 10% off made a big difference.

Tried several times on different days to get through to have nails clipped for dog - finally set up to book online just to have it say you must call for this service. You don't pick up the phone though just goes to answer phone.

The care both my Dog Benji and we as owners received from Pets at Home was amazing, losing a pet is the most difficult thing we have have been through and the Vet was amazing and kind also extremely considerate, my dog was made very comfortable and everything was great, our only grievance was the indignity of making payment over the body of my deceased dog whilst emotions was were high, it felt very uncaring in the moment hence the 4 stars.
