Website shows incorrect times informed manager but wasn’t really that concerned just stated she’s already reported it and that was it. They wasn’t able to help me just told me to call customer services and sort it with them feel like they are passing the book

Excellent service today by isaac put my number back on to vodafone as the other network was dire,wont name it but it had a number for the network.he did me a great sim only deal saving me around 14 a month and also got the home broadband down to 19 from much higher.Great service overall 10/10

Appalling customer service received today, to be fair the guy who I believe was the Assistant Manager was great but the girl who served me prior to that was rude and dismissive, not only to me but to other customers while I was sat in the shop for over 2 hours. On several occasions, unless the question from the customer was straight forward or easy to resolve, her default response was you need to speak to customer services

Went in store today for something really quick. Isaac came and checked I was OK even though he was with a customer, then when he spotted a colleague who had a free 10 mins whilst waiting for her customer to return he asked her if she could help me with a really quick issue as I was on my lunch break. Such a helpful guy. Thank you!!
