Always very busy which is a good sign. Checked my car over and tested for the intermittent fault I have with my 208 gti, and couldn't resolve it so no charge. Very knowledgeable. And promised to look at it again if I have more trouble. Very good.

These guys are my hero’s! We have had issues with our mercades for 3 months! 3 garages couldn’t sort it…including mercades Tamworth (waste of time!) It’s been driving us insane. Within 2 hours we get a call saying they’ve found the issue (mercades had it a week and couldn’t)Couldn’t recommend this anymore, don’t bother with other garages just take your car straight here. Thanks so much…

Can’t fault this garage. Have been taking my BMW there for servicing for a few years now and the team are great. Everything is explained clearly, costs are transparent from the outset and there is never even a hint of the underhand behaviour you may find at dealerships etc. Car developed a slight rumble after a recent service, I brought it back and the team sorted the issue quickly and without a second thought.

Excellent service, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, my juddering fault on my car was fixed, and I was given a full breakdown account from Jeff throughout my experience. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Not a bad word to say about JS, knowledge friendly reasonably priced , i had an issue with my brakes and needed the job done quickly called JS he told me he couldn't get me in for 2 weeks i explained i was starting a new job on the following Monday( i was calling on a Thursday afternoon) he told me to bring my car down and he would see what he could do he called me on the friday afternoon to say i could collect my car on the Saturday morning, pretty much owed him my job . Great job . If you have a BMW or a Merc you don't need to go anywhere else .

Great service provided promptly and without fuss. The staff were friendly & professional and took great care with Covid 19 hygiene measures. They listened to what I needed and have me a fanatic result. Highly recommended

BMW 325d MPerformance Repair-Best garage I have used since I have started driving. After struggling to get my car in anywhere after telling other garages the fault, JS prestige happily took on the work, organised from the start and clear communication of what was happening with my car all the way throughout, persisting on getting the errors sorted. Clarifying all the work before it was taken out too. All the staff very enthusiastic and explained everything going on with my car. Bonnet Cable Replaced, Full seat belt unit replacement, new Turbo Charger, all new bulbs for what had blown, oil filter and oil change for good measure. all Engine Management light faults now gone. In the short time I have had the car, it’s the best it has drove. Feels like a brand new car, great price too. Definitely using for all future work. Honest, organised and professional.

Mechanical knowledge and customer service from Jeff, Scott and the team is second to none. They did a full engine replacement on my daughters very sick Mercedes - when no one else would look at it. Honest, friendly and fair priced. If I could give them ten stars I would. Thanks a bunch Guys!
