Concept IT refuse to respond to our requests to help us renew a Cisco licence - as we have moved onto a new supplier we can only assume this is done out of spite. For a business in the service industry to have such an apparant lack of professionalism is quite surprising, but its their choice how to run their affairs.

We have used Concept IT since the launch of our business in 2013 and the part they played in getting us up an running at the time was invaluable . We use their cloud based solution which is great for us as its fully managed and backed up. The support team are always happy to help and problems (when we rarely get one) are resolved quickly.
