We came here to celebrate my sister passing her driving test and Milena got a slice of cake and a chocolate sauce covered plate which I thought was so nice of her

Milena was amazing! It was my birthday and she made me feel really special :) I didn’t want a big fuss so she sang quietly and gave me a slice of cake! My partner and I had a lovely experience and the food was great!

TGI Fridays - Rushden Lakes
We went there for my husband's birthday. Melina greeted us with a very friendly and warm welcome us into the restaurant and even remembered us. She had come and checked in on us if everything were alright, we were happy with the food and service and Melina is the best restaurant staff that we have ever met. She is so friendly and always has a lovely .conversation with the customer.

I booked in for my birthday and I cannot fault the service. The staff were all very welcoming, the food was lovely, and the birthday treatment was amazing. Milena made my birthday very special and everything we asked, she was so helpful and lovely. The rewards scheme for celebrating my birthday was really good value and I loved our whole visit. I would 100% recommend the restaurant and come back again. Thank you!

TGI Fridays - Rushden Lakes
Popped in here for lunch and we were greeted and seated in quick time.Efficient is probably the best word to use for our server. Not unfriendly, but quite clipped.The food is expensive for what it is. I had the Cajun Bacon chop (£18) and a can of Dr Pepper (£4.30!!!).Plenty of other options to eat - not sure TGI will feature again, certainly not at least until I've tried all the others at that site.

TGI Fridays - Rushden Lakes
Visited this evening for mine and my partners 10 year anniversary, as this is our favourite place!! The food is always 10/10 and never disappoints.Our Waitress, Lottie was amazing. our drinks were refilled without even having to ask, she was constantly smiling and asking if our food was all okay, and she even went out of her way to make sure we had the best anniversary. She is a credit to the team and the Fridays brand name.Thank you for a great evening :)

This place is iconic for it's Racks of ribs....well they have changed supplier s and they no longer fall off the bone and are chewy and not enjoyable. The staff did change the food to something else but we really only went for what we expected to be superior ribs....these were sub standard and we left extremely disappointed. A NOTE TO TGI HEAD OFFICE: PLEASE REVERT BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL SUPPLIERS.

The staff were really horrible and dodgy. Their behaviour seems to have been a bit racist.Had a long day and went to the restaurant around 22:20 and were told that we would be served soon.None of the staff attended us until we approached them again and they said they serve food till 22:30 but it wasn’t 22:30 yet.Also, their website states that they close at 23:30.This is my second time going to TGIF restaurants and haven’t had a good experience.To behave in such a manner in 2023 is very appalling and regressive!!!!!Never again am I gonna try and even go to any TGIF!!!!!!

TGI Fridays - Rushden Lakes
TGI Fridays never disappoint. Burger was spot on, on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. Arrived around lunchtime, I would recommend booking a table in advance. Especially during the weekend. Anything after 12:00 and you will struggle to park your car on Rushden Lakes. We will deffo be coming again soon!
