Took my honda civic to Richard as he was recommended to me by some people he done a brilliant job very quick and friendly and most importantly he knows his stuff and very good at explaining what he done after. Also a good price and good warranty brilliant service thanks a lot Richard.

Richard is a very knowledgeable, experienced man when it comes to dealing with hybrid cars. His service was second to none and I would highly recommend him. Wow..where to start with this...from the moment I spoke to Richard on the phone I immediately knew that he was the man for the job - he was very knowledgeable and put me completely at ease.Due to work commitments I was unable to get my Lexus GS450h to him until late evening (travelling from Cardiff) - Richard was so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The hybrid battery issue was sorted within a few days and my Lexus is driving better than ever (even the fuel economy is up). Richard is now my go to man for any hybrid battery issues, I cannot thank nor recommend him strongly enough....thanks once again Richard awesome service...!!!!

Very good service from Richard. He sorted out my honda civic hybrid's battery and it drives a lot better than before. I could see the difference on the way home. Very accomodating and a pleasant experience overall. Richard is the man for any hybrid battery problems.

Don't go anywhere else!! I bought my 540 H Lexus two years ago and at that time the battery needed reconditioning. After a couple of years it had to be done again. After ringing round I decided to use Hybrid battery solutions. He did a fantastic job and the car is now doing the best MPG since I have owned it. Which is currently most welcome. Thank you Oh Yeh. and it was the cheapest

Richard is very knowledgeable, Richard looked into an issue on my 15 year old Lexus GS450H which had an issue where the Hybrid system wouldn’t work, all sorted now with a new Cell pack and balanced it as well. Excellent job Richard!
