UPS Informed me they were scheduled to deliver my parcel. I took a day off work at great cost to accommodate themOn the morning of the delivery I get an email saying that they will not be making the delivery at they don't have the company name.I am a private individual and this was obvious as the package is addressed to an individual ie me.When you query this you get an operator who barely speaks English on a poor telephone line making effective communication difficult.Eventually after a long wait you get put through to supervisor who commits to get the local depot (less than an hours travel time from me) to phone.Guess what they don't phone.I am a customer now left in limbo with my property (paid for in full) sat in a warehouse in Avonmouth Bristol.All because UPS are incompetent.

Appalling service parcel still missing from 19th January, and I am sure I will get a message saying please give tracking number and we will look into it as they have done on Facebook/Twitter/trustpilot !!!!!!!!!Now going through small claims court.says it all look at the reply , not sure if they bother reading the reviews

I had the worst experience waiting my parcel from them. 2 days in the row keep canceling the delivery without any information to me. Don't use them again and if i buy anything online and they use them i will cancel my order....

I took delivery of two car seats which were well packaged and had tape marked fragile around the parcels. When I opened them, pieces of plastic trim fell out and I could see that both chairs had been dropped, one so badly that it had damaged the metal runners having been dropped on it's corner. I've had to order new trim pieces and clips and spent considerable time repairing the runners to make the chair usable. I really hope that the chairs weren't deliberately damaged due to the parcels marking of fragile out of devilment. This is not the experience that I expected from an international company such as yours.Update: UPS are refusing to get back to me, damage to goods approximately £300 on top of £60 for frieght costs. Use this delivery service at your peril.

I was hung up on mid sentence, my package wasn't delivered because they cannot read a street name. and to top it off I paid extra for delivery which wasn't provided. If you're buying online stay away from UPS.

Its in avonmouth and i was offered a job here but ended up doc,s with chest infection so i can say little about it except gerald is a down to earth guy and i think it would have been an ok job had i been offered it

I have rung twice, once I got an answer from a human, she couldn't answer my question, attempted to apparently connect me to the person that could then I sat on hold for 10 minutes with no answer so I gave up. Then I rang again to another department and just got put on hold for 12 minutes with no one picking up and no answer. UPS overcharged me by over £100 on import duty and no one can tell me why or what it was for, it's basically blackmail I bought something for £3000 and ended up paying £700 when import duty is only 20%. The item wasn't even 3000 it was less than the import duty should have been £598, I am EORI registered and have imported goods for years, UPS charge more because they know you need your package £168 was already paid for the transportation of the goods. An no one can tell me what the extra £100 for.

Normally have good service but today has taken the piss. I was told I'm getting a delivery between 10am-2pm today. By 2:30pm nothing, no up dates no messages. I then receive an email at 6pm saying I'm getting it 3 days from now. Thanks ups .. you can do better.

UPS are completely incompetent! Two missed deliveries one when I had re arranged my day to be in when the parcel was due according to the email from UPS! & One when we were in! no way of contacting them to sort it out! Furious!!!n

UPS are completely unable to deliver an import from the EU without trying to charge cash on delivery for VAT. My company is VAT registered and UPS have been advised to process VAT via PVA. Their PVA dept has confirmed that this is OK and that they have the required details. Despite this, I have had a driver show up twice with the same parcel asking for cash payment of VAT. As I won't pay them the cash that is not due, they won't deliver the parcel. 3 weeks after shipping, they are holding on to my possessions without cause.
